Re: ICO without whitepaper
by
Mercedes1107
on 11/07/2018, 09:01:15 UTC
Whitepaper is a necessary document to have. All ICO need to have the whitepaper.
But it is not a guarantee!
Even if the ICO has the whitepaper, it can be a scam project. you should make your research before picking any project and do not invest into any project that does not have whitepaper

Re: Do you believe in ICO Ratings?

An ico rating website can be usee as a guide sometimes.
But you still have to do your own research anyway cos some of them are being paid by the project developers to make their project look good.
But I think a close to perfect website that I know whose ico rating is usually real  is icodrops.com as they give accurate data

First you must search if the project is really legit must have team members with social media accounts connected especially linkedin then look for the bounties that have huge reward but only small numbers of participants joined, This would ensure that you get good results in the bounties

Re: Should continue join ico?

I really don't know much about those ICOs you mentioned above. Joining ICOs is important if you want to continue making earnings but the kind of ICO one joins is more important than joining ICO. So if one must join, it becomes pertinent that a proper research work is done to know how legit the project is before joining. Of cause joining comes with it's own risk.

I would suggest you decide to invest some portion of your btc on good to high quality altcoins and projects as diversification is so important in managing wealth. And then keep some of your BTC for years .

You can also trade some of your btc to increase the btc as well

Want to find reliable bounties, and you want to be sure to get rewards when joining? To minimize the risk and avoid getting your reward back after supporting the development project. You should look for projects that have a reputable Dev team. Trusted campaign managers such as  amazix, Sylon, deadley, .....

Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency?
by
Mercedes1107

I like trading but I also think crypto will play a very important role in our lives in the future, so I exchange my profits from trading to fiat, because I do trade like a part-time job, but I also keep some coins for the long term as an investment plan. If everything goes well, I will never need to exchange those coins to fiat, because I will use them to directly do some shopping, pay for good and services as I would with any normal currency.

Re: Stop Crying about Crypto!
by

I agree with the author of this topic. I think that those of you who have or have their own business, perfectly understand that all investments are a risk! And crypto currencies can not be an exception to these rules, there are more risks in this direction than in any other business, but the chance to get a jackpot here is also greater.

Re: Whats wrong with Coinmarketcap?
by
Mercedes1107
on 04/07/2018, 09:34:45 UTC
Their is nothing wrong with coinmarketcap, it's just a lot of new coins are released and I think maybe they have a team that is not solid and inexperienced and does not have a good business partner to support the ICO, because an ICO when launched it will have a coin and a clear website, because of course investors will see their website to analyze and read the white paper and ICO roadmap before investing.

It is not easy task to avoid scams, but you should make research and when you will be aware of several project you will be able to identify better one. Different rating platforms are also useful. I often use: icoguide.com, icodrops to  have good rating system in order to pick good icos after research

Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin?
by
Mercedes1107

I think there is no crypto currency which can replace Bitcoin, at least in our nearest future.
The most successful and valuable altcoin right now is Ethereum, but it is far away from replacing Bitcoin despite its high potential and value.
Bitcoin will keep its first position on crypto world for several years, most likely.

I do not see any problems with EtherDelta security, but I always prefer to use centralized classic exchanges, which is more convenient for me. Using Etherdelta is expensive and transactions take a long time but overall, etherdelta isnt looking bad

I quite agree with you. I believe that there will be even more in the coming year. Perhaps in the future will create a new system of selection and registration of ICO, because half of the projects will simply be garbage. Even now, to find a normal project, you need to research thoroughly. I  hope this will be settled.

long-term investment is the wisest strategy . if your investment period is three to five years . you can choose bitcoin and ether . they are the most stabel and reliable coins . if you investment period is one year, you can choose other altcoins like Steem, Wanchain, zilliqa, etc

Re: When do you think alt coin market will crash?
by
Mercedes1107

Why do you think this will happen all at once? Maybe it is an ongoing process, successful crypto projects taking off and raising money and developing their technology, while the unsuccessful ones simply fade and die. I have a hard time believing this will all happen in one big moment.

Yes, too many bounties and we cannot be sure if the project will succeed. Bounty Managers should be responsible enough to investigate the projects they are accepting, that way we will only be able to see the reliable ones.

Re: Do we Need Altcoin?
by
Mercedes1107
on 27/06/2018, 21:13:55 UTC
Some altcoins have their specific functions too! Do not think of them as just investments, most companies did make altcoins just to earn profit by investments, but some altcoins are made for special uses depending on which platform they are made by their company for. Try researching about those coins, you might be surprised on how they are used, not just for exchange or trading.
