Re: Which Masternode Coins Are You Looking At?

I run the following Masternodes:

PIVX
Zcoin
Wagerr
Bulwark

nice list why?

Because I am looking for Masternodes with true use case.

Wagerr have a working use case (Sport betting)
Zcoin is n.1 Privacy coin with upcoming MTP and now have smart-assets
PIVX will have next month DEX operated by masternodes (masternodes get 50% of fee)
Bulwark will open their exchange "Bastion" next month

I now also invested on IFX (another DEX masternode) with 50% fee to masternodes

Is wagerr worth buying now?  It increased quite a bit but i assume its because of nfl football season?

Also im a bit confused here with wagerr.  So if you have wagerr coins, you could use it to wager?

WGR is a deflationary coin, means value will always go up.

You need WGR to bet on WGR Blockchain.

Good luck on the betting Smiley

...
Did any of you sports betters ever tried this?

I wanted to try Wagerr until I saw how high their commission percentage on winnings is.
I thought that they would be much cheaper than established betting exchanges
like Betfair or Matchbook, because they don´t have to pay for office buildings and other
expenses that the fiat betting exchanges have.

Somehow they managed to be even more expensive...

Besides, they obviously struggle for liquidity. It is hard to get a betting exchange running, because
no one is going to bother to bet there if there is no liquidity. And with no one to bet there,
there is going to be no liquidity. It is a classical catch-22.

This is incorrect, Wagerr have less fees then betfair and rest.

You don't see it because they don't display it like WGR.

Go to Telegram/Discord and the community will explain to you how and you'll see what I mean Smiley

It's been quite a while since we heard about Wagerr development, and now I see they are branching out into stuff like masternodes and securing other type of casinos. Very hopeful in 2017 with all the betting blockchain platforms but I guess now we are seeing that the market was probably too small for too many competitors. End of the day we all stick to our dice and normal gambling without smart contracts. Did any of you sports betters ever tried this?

Wagerr (so far) is the only working Betting platform on blockchain that is 100% decentralized...

I believe the website link is https://www.wagerr.com/

If I am correct with the website address, I believe it is an ICO. And what I see from their roadmap, they are going to open the full fledged betting platform in Q2, 2019. Or is it available now??

I have also taken a good look at the website. Everything looks great, feels great but then I bumped into a quote in the website which says,

"Free of all regulatory bodies"

How come??

betting is available now in the wallet.

betting is in the blockchain, so no regulations

So you are saying that betting will take place in the blockchain, but is it going to change the character of betting? If my country bans betting of any kind, how it is different? Be it in blockchain or in some other format, the character of the betting isn't changing! How can you confidently say it is free from all regulatory bodies jurisdiction?

Have you taken any legal consultation on that??

Is Bitcoin free of any regulation?..

WGR is based on Bitcoin Core and no 1 3rd party that takes the "call", it is operated by Oracles Wink

Creating an account leaves a lot to the imagination? The dashboard just shows raffle tickets 0 and sold out.

Trying to figure out how to bet on this thing Smiley

Because it is a true Decentralized project, check it out, go to Telegram or Discord and check it out..

Betting possible via Android app or QT wallet, soon HTML portal.

If you invest in crypto, check the date I opened this threat, I think WGR already 100%+ since then and it grows every day because that every day coins getting burned.

There’s also a gambling section on bitcointalk you might want to post this.

But yes WGR is game-changing. It’s profitable, how many other blockchains are? It offers best odds. Except for funds currently on bets, you control your account with your private key, so someone can’t run away with your WGR. Just download the QT wallet & play, also offers privacy. Less than a few weeks in and already much more popular than things like Augur.

and they also have an android app  Shocked

https://github.com/LooorTor/wagerr-android/releases

And HTML version is coming  Roll Eyes Grin

Augur does not have Masternodes or Oracles, I don't think you can profit from HODLing Augur, while you can while holding WGR..

should every zerocoin chain be reconsidered after recent hacks and protocol abandonment? pivx has new team, saw the article a few days ago regarding original pivx dev's new project - and it makes sense now if putting all pieces from the last year together. trying to find that article now

New project? interesting, let us know.

Zerocoin hack is fixed already, there is zerocoin 2.0

Wagerr is now officially up now, for those who missed it.

You can set a sport bet and it works like a charm, I won a few times Smiley

Fees payouts paid for Masternode owners along with the regular block rewards.

Finally a true use case on the blockchain, cheers!

Here are my Masternodes:

PIVX
Zcoin
Bulwark
Wagerr

How long have you been invested in Pivx and Wagerr? Compared to all the nodes you're hosting are the Oracle nodes (Wagerr) giving you more rewards? With their betting fees being redistributed to node owners they should be more in the green zone than the rest. Or did I get that wrong?

I'd say 6 months.

Oracles (Trusted Nodes) are not yet approved, it might take a few weeks but they are alive under core team atm to make sure it's all smooth.

Wagerr betting actually opened only 3 days ago and already passed 500K WGR bets in total.

You can see bets stats in here actually:

https://explorer.wagerr.com/#/betevents

I've already set bets and won 5 out of 8, it's really fun Smiley

There are tons of new stuff upcoming with Wagerr, like HTML5 betting page, Android app betting already working..
