We haven't heard anything official when it comes to further plans for VertCoin for a while now, can anyone from the dev team put in a word or two? Nothing extensive, just a short update would be good enough, just so we know what are the next steps.
Also, where is Boris? He's been missing for a while.

i don't care about block halving or anything else...

merged mining,stealth adresses,vertverser + many more in less then 2 months on their spare time that isnt paid ANYTHING,yea the devs suck...

this is the only thing cloak has planned that we dont, as far as i can tell.
XC plans on full POS integration, so you'll be able to spend it anywhere.
Also, by "market" I'm not sure whether you mean a place to exchange XC with other currencies or a place to buy various products with Cloak/XC, but the latter will be unnecessary if you can spend XC anywhere, and the former is a standard Blockchain 2.0 implementation that is on the cards for XC.
Secondly, stealth addresses are a pragmatic but weak form of anonymity.
As far as i know SX isnt suposed to deliver anonymity but privacy

Vertcoin devs need to explain how Self Addresses work..On this thread.
I have no idea about Vertcoin, and this thread is the only information I could even find about Vertcoin. Devs need to be more active on this thread....install some damn confidence in people to be honest...

Devs are more then active lately here and at http://www.reddit.com/r/vertcoin/ ,you have a link in the first page and few pages ago somebody posted some pictures of how it works...do some research and dont be lazy,nothing in life is served to you in a golden plate...

What's in a name. Call it vtcbtc or whatever, fact is that vericoin already got something like that in the form of Veribit and they even implemented it already in their wallet.

It is such a pain in the ass watching this fiasco 
As long as the inner market is not interested in vtc the outer world will not be recognizing the great technology behind this project.
I guess the only true thing you can do now is to change the algo and make a dynamic reward.
Today I checked the reward generated by dark coin and it seems that it might be the best solution to go with a variable reward.
DARKCOIN is really impressing, because it did something special. It has been pumped for weeks and months and it sustains it's value really well

A big thanks to the dev team for their perfect work! I think this is one huge advantage VTC has when compared to other altcoins.
One question though: When/where will we get an updated source for VTC and MON stealth addresses? I don't like precompiled wallets.
Source needs to stay closed until the multipool issue is solved, otherwise that will be the end of the coin.
may i ask what does that have to do with multipool?
