Been over 24 hours since I clicked contact support and explained my situation to you guys and have received absolutely no response from you whatsoever........ You guys scammed me?

Gh0stG, If you fill out that form you showed, and submit it, then a ticket will be created and you will be emailed details of that ticket, including ticket number. Please supply us with that ticket number, because I can't find any request on your email address. I can find an order, but no tickets. Or please try again. You might also create a new ticket by going here if the contact form does not work for you: http://genesismining.freshdesk.com

But why cancel because of the wrong amount of hashrate? You can add all the hashrate you want to your account. You will have separate contracts for each order but you can manage all associated hashrate as if it were one.

wow, my payout now increased from 6k to 14 k

this look like GM on recovery...cmon Gm i know you can do it...lol
Awwww, why GM on recovery? The quality of our service has never changed. The amount of payout depends a lot on external factors such as Bitcoin value, difficulty, luck, etcetera. Obviously we do not have control over those. But we do have control over the mining part, and we do a very good job at that, which is the service we offer. You know we can do it because we have been doing it. Always.

If you go to the PAYOUTS page in your account, it will show you exactly for which Mining Day each payment is. The payment for Mining Day 20.02.2015 has gone out now. It may be showing twice, but that's a display issue only. Your wallet won't receive it twice Wink

Payout for Mining Day 21.02.2015 will follow shortly, or just about now.

It's not a combined payment so you can keep track of which Mining Day was paid out and which wasn't (yet).
