Why not arrange a big Crypto currency Meetup in a central location in your country? I have seen some pretty interesting
sessions, where ICOs can compete for prizes at some of these Meetups. A quick search on the web, shows that you have a
pretty big exchange, called Luno. Why do you not ask them to host such an event and also for them to sponsor the event?

This is a pretty cool idea. I've met the CEO of Luno but it is an international company, not necessarily South African. I'll see what I can do RE arranging such an event, and hopefully more people will see this thread and contribute towards making it a reality!
I'm very new to the Bitcoin Talk forum, and only really beginning to figure it out now. But I believe that there is a lot of valuable information here and community members worth reaching out to!

Not sure if there's a thread for this, as I haven't been able to find one. It would be great to have a discussion for South Africans to discuss local distributed ledger companies, ICOs and token sales in order to collaborate, meet up or share information.
