I testet your pool for 12 hours a few weeks ago an till then i try here and there to reach minimum payout threshold with a few hours of mining every other day.
But every time my few thousand shares get lost and my balance does'nt grow bigger.

X11 coins are loosing more and more profitability.
This might change any time soon, but scrypt mining is much more profitable at this very moment. .
I'm thinking about removing x11 algo and adding SHA256 coins instead, and target a new audience for mining SHA256 into SYNC. This will give probably a better buy power then x11.
X11 miners can easily join the scrypt part of the pool an still get there SYNC's
Please think out load your opinion on how to get more buy pressure out of the SYNC multipool!

0.75% is the mining fee. You got paid out 0.1 less cause its the transaction fee.

I have quite a big problem with this new Minera 0.3.2 - when I write there my pool information, it always ignores it and uses the default information (so it mines for the author). Any advice?

Is your pool on top of the list? Have you clicked "save & restart" after you added your pool? Have you tried to delete the donation pool?

I believe this is an important point. While High PoS is good and beneficial in the early stages of adoption, it certainly isn't in the long run when adoption is more spread and coin supply is larger.

- Network speed (45 second block too fast/slow?)

About the stake age. I personally think it should be lowered to 12 hours or even less. I think me (and most people) want to stake fast even if the amount is lower or the same.
I like it when i can see a little bit of staking every day. It feels good. :-)
Yearly rate is is debateable. To low is bad and to high is bad. Maybe a very High amount for a short time and after that lowering it to a reasonable amount of maybe 25%.
Just my 2 cents.

Ok, I have a weird bug. I had a small amount of sync in my wallet from some time ago, and had frankly forgotten about it. Not heavily invested in the coin. In the early days, I saw troubles that were eventually resolved, and I bailed for the most part.
I'm not unhappy with that decision. I profited pretty well on the POW phase, and I used those profits to my advantage. I'm still pretty agnostic on the future of this coin, but it appears y'all are doing a good job. Much better than I expected, to be honest.
In light of that, I opened up my sync wallet and found it not empty. I went ahead and compiled the latest wallet release, copied wallet.dat over, and I continually get an error about the database being corrupt, with the instruction to delete everything but wallet.dat and try again. I did that. Same result. I copied in a new .conf file based off of the ones posted in the thread. Same error. I removed the old wallet.dat file and it starts syncing without issue.
So, at the command line I've run both -repairwallet and -salvagewallet. No effect, same error. This is under ubuntu 14.04 LTS desktop. Without a config file I get no connections, but this error doesn't even get that far. It's upon opening the wallet.
I do have a back up of the old wallet and older client on my windows laptop, which I'm about to boot up and sync. But I'd like a way to solve this.
Any clues, advice, abuse?

open your old client with the old wallet and send your coins to an exchange. Open the new client with an new wallet and send your coins from exchange back to the new wallet.

I made a few 12 hour test runs on multiple pools. So after 12 hours on your pool 5 days ago i still have immature balance. How is this possible?

Even a single 350 kH/s Gridseed will submit one share per 24 seconds on average with difficulty 128. This is more than enough. Hardware errors shouldn't be dependent on difficulty and rather on frequency which you setup at your miners.
As for CPU: nobody is CPU-mining scrypt any more except botnets.

Will it take 6 hours, 50 blocks or 30 days?
What is the coin age maturity? Is that when the stake get's it's full potential?

It can happen anytime between 6 Hours and 30 days. Sometimes more often with less amount, sometimes less often with higher amount.

That is correct, they will still stake by luck, but the likeliness increases over time until the chances are 100% after 30 days.
