Thanks, and yes I totally agree. Many people are skeptical about how it actually would be possible although as long as you can show people they may be able to understand.
We just wanted to use this forum to promote at first as if/when we decide to go down the altcoin path it would be good to already have a presence.

But yes our project is partially derived from marinecoin although it does have a distinct few differences.
When we start our main thread we will say something along those lines.

Yes, sort of. Our aim is to create a fully functioning MicroNation (A place in which a governing body declares it's sovereignty over the country it is a part of)
We will post a thread afterwards explaining some of our plans soon (And yes it is relative to altcoins in general) but first we need a name.

First of all yes, this is a brand new account. We have done this to protect our identity for now.

The MicroNationProject is as the name suggests a project in which the final goal is to create a MicroNation which uses BitCoin/Altcoin's as it's legal tender. We aim to achieve this through many different roads first of which is an altcoin. We are looking for a good name for this coin so please say what you think would be good below.
