If you have to load them via wire transfer, then you're not anonymous any more, unless the account you use to load them is also anonymous. But in that case, you would likely already have an anonymous card anyway.

you can load them with ur bitcoins direct from exchanges couse ist like an bank account.
(like you can let ppl send u Money in ur Card account from localbitcoins or whatever site)

ist either a scam or exploit. ist legal to me bringing up this Cards, and for the users aswell.

Cards are from swiss, Issuer is SNB (swiss national bank)

You are saying that it is free to load my card wiht Euro, but if I am going to spend other currencie then Euro is there any other fees for conversion in rates? I mean if I load Euro and spend in Bulgarian mall where the currency is Bulgarian Lev is that going to be charged?

yes ist free to load it with euro. and u can withdraw ur native currency from ATM with it it will automatcly convert it to ur currency. this is fee less!
