Hello! I'm trying to withdraw my MAG coins from Okex. But when I try to add address I'm getting message "Withdrawal address illegal". What does it mean and what should I do? Thanks.
It seems that only BTC withdrawals work. convert to BTC and see if it works

I have the same issue. Their support team is not responding.
