Ils me disent :

Error: The wallet passphrase entered was incorrect. (code -14)

https://blockchain.info/fr/wallet/wallet-faq

              More Options
puis:
                Private Key + Continue

It sound like a scam, where did you try to buy those bitcoins?

It is not a scam, the itcoins are on my wallet but impossible to transfer money that to my wallet because I do not know my private key and he asks me for the transfer

if you scan a public key then you will get a watch only address and to access its balance you have to scan the private key. you can set one private key in multiple bitcoin wallet all of them will serve only one address

I know my public key, I'm really starting to be lost

When I say old address itcoins is that every time it changes.

I had to record the first on note and when I was asked to give my address itcoins to receive the funds I gave the one I had noted on note (the first)

How to define it as 2FA? Thank you for answering me as quickly

since you don't know what it is then it means you don't have it, so don't worry about it.

2FA is an additional way of securing your account on blockchain.info which you have to enable separately inside the settings.

just go back to https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/login and log in your account using the "Wallet-ID" and "password"

if you have generated that address with your account there you are going to see it in your wallet and be able to spend from it.

I have just completed the security level and I still have no private key

I bought bitcoins via post money orders, I gave money in cash with my itcoins address and I received the money on my wallet

How you have generated that bitcoin address? I mean have you generated using some services like bitaddress.org and than you have imported that to blockchain.info wallet? If so than i think you have actually scanned bitcoin address while importing so it remain as watch only address, you should have scanned private key when importing before. Hope you have printed out bitcoin address detail.... If not i think your bitcoin will stuck in that address and you will not have access to it.

I generated this itcoins address by creating an account on blockchain.info

It is the site blockchain.info that asks me to finalize a transaction because my funds are on an imported address is I would like to put them on my wallet
You imported the address only into Blockchain.info. Transactions cannot be done without a valid signature using the private key that corresponds to the address you are sending the funds from. Where did you get the address from? Do you still have the private key? A private key should start with either 5, K or L.
I buy bitcoin via bitboat, the worry is that I give to receive my bitcoins an old bitcoins address that I had noted on a note I did not know that changing it all the time.

I have never had a private key

Then you never bought bitcoin. An address does not generate itself[1]. Its derived from the private key. Where did you get the address from?

[1] yeah, there are exceptions like burn addresses

You have the app yet you cannot do transactions using that app? What, have you imported a watch-only address? Upon downloading a wallet app, it comes with a private key already, even blockchain.info app has that. It might have been that you are using a wallet that is watch-only and cannot be used to spend coins, only receive coins and you cannot do anything to those coins being received, hence the term "watch-only".

Are there already coins in the address?

Yes I have more than 200 euros on my wallet
