Thank you guys for bumping this thread. For awhile i was worried i had to do the bumping all by myself.

Nice of Monero community members like Hueristic and some newbees to help us out like that. Must be pretty quiet in their own Monero ANN / forum.
I guess one can only monitor the Wall Observer BTC/USD thread and discuss American Football for so long, before getting extremely bored, right Hueristic ?

Now i am counting on you guys to keep bumping this Dash ANN thread, i know you guys can do it .. i have faith in you guys !!

QUIZZIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

My dumb, doofus, dimwit, Dutch, dawg. You're never alone in this space. Great to see you back and even greater to see that you're still with DASH.   Grin

Quizzie you can destroy the messenger (me) all you want but to bad you can't destroy the message (the market). Dash is proving itself less relevant every year. Now it's only a matter of time. It won't happen overnight but it's just a matter of time.

I've always known Dash Community as the most toxic community in the crypto space. They always taunt other communities with most latest XRP from it's leader Ryan Taylor. They always basically claimed to be better than everyone and I'll admit on a technological level Dash is greatly superior than most others. But to see DOGE for once in front of DASH is a great site. Doge is greatly inferior on a tech basis but they're never trying to torment and tear down everyone else. This dash crash has happened in the midst of Ryan taunting the XRP community. That's despicable leadership and even though i feel sorry for the Dash investor, the community deserves every bit of this. Especially since the smart people like the founder left (ages ago). Dash was once seen a threat to bitcoin it ranked #3 behind ETH on Coinmarketcap. That should never happen again!

Quizzie you getting old now haha. You been in the dash game for years. You've seen a lot of changes, you've seen the found abandon it and you've seen it fail to stay relevant as time goes on. Yet you post about Icebreaker who hasn't posted in almost 2 years. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Wow this coin is for the losers hahahahahaha

Dahaa,
I don't think Qwizzie can help it. He's an ignorant guy from the Netherlands and I've been there many times and used to live there. For the ignorant ones, it's their way of life and it's literally how they think. It's a pity because their own ignorance makes them miss out on gaining knowledge and wisdom. Then there are some who don't like Russians in particular because of the plane that was shot down over Ukraine a few years ago. They know that their government was too afraid to do anything about it so they take their anger out on Russians and taunt them. This is only the ignorant ones though of course the smart ones don't think like this.

WOW QUIZZIE! I actually feel sorry for you. You're at least 6 years older now, still posting a bunch of nonsense and apparently neither have you nor the Dash community grown. Obviously you're biggest joy in life is to go after us as your comments show it (like the biggest mystery in life). First to answer you question, you had me on ignore because despite me rarely posting things, I posted small joke and you got me banned for months when in reality I had concerns and really wished to see Dash succeed. But it is soooo sad to see DASH in this predicament. Evan has abandoned it, it's falling from 3 to now approaching 30th on CMC and the huge Dash evolution is proving to be meaningless. This is sad and heart breaking seriously. Make fun of us all you want but the reality is that there was a time we really believed dash could provide solutions not just in finance but in the general world. Instead, ETH, Ripple and compared to Dash even LTC are fulfilling that gap. It so so sad here. WOW!

Qwizzie, when you compare Dash's to Monero's market cap then YES DOGE's market cap is definitely close to Dash's market cap. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Yes, I vent my anger on an emotional outburst too. Qwizzie got me muted from here twice now I'm able to speak again. It's soooooooo awesome watching Dash stay in it's place right where it needs to be. Hahahahaha. Naw just kidding. But seriously I think one of the main problems is that too many people focus on making fast money and looking at only the short term. Dash's fundamentals are the best since ever before. It may never return to the #3 spot but obviously it's more useful now then during the ATH, the usage (and volume differential from 2017-2020 show it). Regardless of how good they can provide a service they must earn people trust again and I don't think arguing or constantly bashing XMR and Bitcoin helps.

Alexey45 don't worry. You'll always have the qwizzie izzy izzies and the like what will want dash to fall lower so they can buy more. This is good to them because it used to be over $1600 and now it's below $50  Cheesy

French cheese without the odor wouldn't taste good because the you wouldn't be able to smell it. Roses without the spine also wouldn't be good because you couldn't hold it.
Darkcoin without XCoin wouldn't be good because then we'd be kept in the light. Digital Cash without Duffield leading it I guess wouldn't be good because ... oh yeah wait a minute how many months has it been, what happened again. Oh yeah Dash without honesty and integrity would be a disaster because then their only excuse would be to blame LTC and BTC for any short comings, and write constant articles on the Dashnews about all the problems bitcoin has. Luckily dash was build on honesty and integrity right?, there was no instamine, they didn't reduce the total supply from 84 to 21 to now 19 to create artificial scarcity. they didn't have to bash other crypto's all the time to try and prop themselves up OH WAIT A MINUTE! Embarrassed

quizzieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee wizieeeeeeeeee iziziziziziziziziziziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
It's meeeeeeeeeeeeee and I'm looking at dash getting diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiizzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I must confess, i'm probably the reason why there's been so many views on this thread recently. It tickles me to my stomach how toxic several of the dash people are towards crypto. I had a flash back the other day way back when I was crazy enough that Dash could actually be one of the top crypto coins in the world and basically maintain it's number 3 status. I remember not even wanting to get on this thread back in 2017 because I saw how vicious and critical they were to anyone who asked any mere reasonable question about the expectations of dash in the future. So I remember I had to remind myself to walk on eggshells with whatever i post to not upset anyone. Flashforward to almost 3 years later and WALA! THERE YOU HAVE IT. Dash knocked straight out of the top 20. Obviously many of the concerns that i had either proved to be valid or if not, the market simply rejected dash.

I remember going to the first real dash conference back in Phoenix i guess in late 2016. I remember the constant bashing and vitrial towards bitcoin which to me made it seem like it was more important than the actual development of dash. I hated to actually leave dash alone at the time but i had to decide that I can no longer participate in any network even if it's just mildly if they're going to have that much hate against bitcoin. Then the dash team had so many problems with Monero and Litecoin as if again what would make their product more useful.

For me it's simply fascinating and kinda amazing watching the rise and fall of dash. Everything I wondered but ignored so far as proven to be worthy of notice. For example, once it clearly peaked and then began to decline that's when the leader quietly quickly switch up his role. And I'm not going to bash him but the facts speak for itself. Also, it's funny how initially it was going to be 84 million coins (before the 2nd and 3rd name change), then it goes to 22 and now it will something like 19 or 18. It seems like to me it's just an effort to create artificial scarcity.

In any case Quizzie you seemed to make it seem like i was a monero supporter or a puppet account. No, I just had real concerns about the project and I actually was invested in Dash at the time. Luckily for me I began to let go of my coins and leave my support for the project several months later. I

feel bad for anyone who lost money in this project because despite the flaws they did really sell this to be the best one crypto that there ever would be. And if anyone here still has funds invest in dash lets hope they get it together before it's too late.

PEEEEEEEEEEAAAACE!

Thanks so much TanteStefana for really addressing and answering some of the concerns I have. I'll hold for now and after this reply I'll try and refrain from anymore engagement on this (bitter) thread. I'm not a DASH troll and people can mock me all they want but the numbers against our competition speak for itself.
Also, @Cryptohunter, yes I have just under 2,000 coins and I've been interested in dash (DRK) ever since it it was around $1 after the first bubble because I l thought it had real (intrinsic) value . I will not be dumping any coins anytime soon regardless of how much I disagree with their tactics mainly because I think it's undervalued. I don't know who Toaway is and although I hold coins I certainly don't consider myself part of Dash Nation. I hope all goes well with you though and thanks for your response.
If I overlooked any other (real) response then thanks to you too. I don't want to start a war of words, I just think Icebreakers criticism was constructive and I'm happy to have gotten a response from TanteStefana. I'll keep what I have and work hard to invest in others.

RESPONSE to Icebreaker and real concerns
by
Mike323
on 02/01/2017, 19:14:53 UTC
Hello,
I believe this is my first post this thread. I've been buying Dash for about a year and a half now. I'm very concerned about a variety of things mainly because of the way things are playing out. Correct me if I'm wrong, but far the market is basically saying that there's really no competition between Monero and Dash and Monero is simply just taking over the so called privacy area of crypto that was supposed to be Dash's niche.
1) So can anyone please tell me how exactly is Dash better?
And I hope the answer will not be because of the voting rights from the Masternode because that would but the decentralization argument into question. I look at charts and numbers but I rarely read the go over the chatter, but if i can recall correctly Monero was mocked and ridiculed by the Dash team 2 years ago. But again I mainly look at charts and numbers.
2) I've been catching up with some of the interviews from the Dash team and it seems like they're kinda going after bitcoin. I believe that could be a grave mistake. This whole industry was created through bitcoin wasn't it. So if that's the case is, then why are we criticizing bitcoin in such an aggressive manner and even if we were right is it really worth it? I mean the results so far speak for it self.
3) Lastly, the argument by Icebreaker in my opinion was very constructive and yet it seems like the only response on this thread were personal attacks about his personal failures which have absolutely nothing to do with the content of his criticism. Can anyone refute his criticism? I'm a Dash supporter and I hold almost 2K coins because I really thought they were undervalued by at least $500, but after reading Icebreakers criticism and looking at Monero go take over the market I'm just about ready to leave the bandwagon. I'm not trying to be a jerk but these are just my concerns.
