this seems like a much needed service in cryptocurrency! just a quick question though: what is HYIP?

Yes I like it, too. HYIP = High Yield Investment Program, these are investment oppurtinities with high profit, but unfortunately also risky.

SHADOWBANK.BIZ - THE NEW CYBRECRIME FRAMEWORK - INVESTMENT IN CYBERCRIME
by
MikeH
on 12/04/2017, 22:28:08 UTC

I would like to introduce you to a new HYIP, "Shadowbank.biz":
They are an investment page which has set to our mission to fight against scamming HYIP pages and to redistribute their money to our investors.
You can book different packages to fight against the scamming hyips and to earn money. Also one can submit missions on the page, which the users can vote, to select our next targets.

tHEY support Bitcoin and Perfect Money. Payout after 50$ profit. In addition to that they have 9 plans with different lifetimes and different profits, but also minimum deposits. The page is available in russian, english and german.
Additionally, we have interesting affiliate system with different user levels. Please review their affiliate page to learn more about it.

Description of themselves:
"
So first, who are we? First, lets talk about some things we are definitly not. We  are
not an scamming HYIP shit faggot thing. We are not a cyber  mafia  gang.
We are the watchmen, the hackers who quietly observe the hyip scene. If any
hyip gets too big, and try to scam users, we shut them down. If any lamer  causes
too much trouble, we shut them down. If any hyip keeps fucking  stuff with the same project in a new way up, we stop them, and pay the money out to our investors.

So, why are we doing this? Some people say that being a  vigilanty  is
wrong and that we are actually criminals. What can we say? This may be
true. But the way we see it, if your not part of  the  solution,  your
part of the fucking problem. These idiots spread  garbage  across  our
hyip  scene and that is why they got owned.  They scam people, and thats why they got owned.
We take pride in what is left of the hyip scene and we have serious problems with those who rape it.

That's why we do what MUST be done. And you will get the profit, if you helps us and invest in our page.
"

GOOD LUCK PEOPLE

banksters control the media, I expected to see that kind of reporting long ago.. funny thing is there tends to be a disproportionate number of pedophiles in positions of power too.

Main thing I've learned: the pain of watching it rise while out of it was far, far, far worse than watching it sink while holding.

definitely, which is why you bought back at $500-ish when it's probably more likely to drop to $450 again before launching :]  you just can't take the risk of missing the boat..

I'd ignore the charts too, bitcoin is too susceptible to big movements by whales and/or news.

Then everyone said if it broke 400 we were screwed and there was NO good news from China at all so I sold at 399.

unfortunately a lot of people lose btc by trying to gauge sentiment here before realising most posts are just random gibberish and those that post those things usually don't believe it themselves.

you've taken a hit but you'll recover, just remember to only trade with a portion of your btc (or just hold) so you can be patient and not freak out at sudden movements.

Certain groups in the West (neocons) played a a part no doubt, but that doesn't mean that Western powers as a whole were behind it. There was and is a real desire for freedom and less corruption by many Ukranian People. I think they are being naive. If I was Ukranian, I'd GTFO of that shithole, even if it was my home. I'd take as many of my family members as I could with me. Whoever ends up in charge there isn't likely to be much better than the guy they threw out.

McCain is doing his best to retroactively deserve the torture he received in Viet Nam. Neocons think that they can fix stuff when all they do is get people killed and waste money.

Obama isn't competent enough to engineer a revolution. That's his best virtue. The west has a foreign policy establishment that's just smart enough to be dangerous. They rid the world of Saddam Hussein and left the Ayatollah as the regional power in the Middle East.

The west have been in Ukraine for years and thrown 5 billion dollars at this regime change as mentioned by Nuland, sure some might not have been happy with the government but no more so than for example us in Australia with our government, the revolution in Ukraine certainly wasn't organic as we're led to believe.

I edited my earlier reply to say you should have a look at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWkfpGCAAuw  but you prob missed it..  Paul Craig Roberts go into detail of the strategic motives etc too in one of his interviews, not sure if it was with James Corbett or Stefan Molyneux.

You've also tempted me to talk about Saddam, Gaddafi etc but I won't - people like to discuss bitcoins price around here for some strange reason.   Huh

Don't give us that shit. Putin is a thug. I think the West should stay out of it because it's not our business and I think many Ukranians are aspiring thugs themselves. But let's not kid ourselves. Russia has an extremely long history of autocratic rule. "Slav" literally means "slave". At least he's been a competent thug so far.

what do you mean the west should stay out of it? it would have never occurred if they hadn't organised it - Soros, McCain, Nuland etc.  do some research, the MSM has been flat out lying.

edit:  here, this isn't really the best source (he bashed bitcoin!) but hits on most issues you might not know about if you rely on MSM for news..  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWkfpGCAAuw

and what if Russia invades Ukraine?

lol, they have no aggressive intention, never did - they just reacted to the NATO coup.

the propaganda has been ridiculous, check out www.paulcraigroberts.org for an unbiased view (despite being a westerner).

I suspect those who took legal action and therefore shutdown Gox and fucked us over will get first dibs.

I recall they only wanted to hear from people with $10k+ at Gox, too bad for those in countries where $1k represents life savings.

The thing I can't wrap my head around, as it goes so deep down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole, is why is it being said that the powers-that-be are using their tools to now purposeful crash the dollar? I'm mean standing from here, it appears clearly that this, in fact, is the truth. I just can't wrap my brain around why...and it just can't be that they are trying to cause a complete societal collapse so they can put in place martial law and control everything about the human race, making it not really about money at all, but power and having/controlling everything. That is just so far-fetched and sick it borders on the supernatural and alien takeover plots from people I still think are just nuts!

they aren't deliberately crashing the dollar, they've been propping it up for years - it's a ponzi scheme on its last legs as governments have gotten into more debt than they can ever pay off which is why I believe the DHS has invested so much and executive orders put in place to be able to handle the inevitable crash and potential need for martial law..

they might deliberately pull the plug when they're ready to transition but most likely they'll want to shift the blame away from the banking sector..  I think they knew full well that Russia wouldn't let Crimea go and probably also knew that Russia might attack the dollar when backed into a corner with sanctions.

the NWO stuff is really about getting rid of trade barriers for profit, we will all suffer for it but the language some use in describing it does make it sound far fetched.. 'enslavement' etc.

It's because I own some - I have about 10 alt coins that are all worth about 1/5th what I bought them for (on cryptsy).

I thought I'd hold them for a couple of years but the more alts that appear, the worse that idea seems.

Doge Coin is a gimmick, the only lesson here is that there is still an opportunity for a new coin to gain a huge userbase fast.

I think the huge number of alts now has helped secure bitcoins position..  I just don't think we'll see mass migration to another coin with so many to choose from.
