Re: Should we be expecting a SOL pump soon?
by

There's a Solana party going on presently. Not a literal one but it might as well be since there is a whole bunch of SOL being given away. With SOL now at $201 people are using the chance to buy low since the current market's sentiment for the token is quite positive and with any good news from the US goverment regarding SOL we might get pushed to a new ATH, that's pretty much the reason why I was excited about the event.

I saw this event while reading through some events on a forum and I was quite interested in it since it has a 100% win rate meaning anyone that participates is going to win between $1 to $20 worth of SOL. Of course, completing the tasks make the share you get higher but the tasks are all simple ones like trading spot or futures, mostly just things we do on a normal day. What do you guys think about it, is it worth the effort in joining?

Definitely the market dipped a lot during the weekend. Eth was down -20%, most alts were down -50%. Sol went to around 180 before it started going to an upside but despite the price trend. Seeing it as this price could be a discount, cos no doubt it'll smash it's ATH. soon. You can send the link to the event you're talking about. Maybe I'd consider
https://www.bitget.com/events/activities/c92490c9e8115687adbe9ee0b3df0b63?color=purple It will be worth checking out.

Does the TRUMP coin still have potential after the inital hype?
by
Mikky_m
on 27/01/2025, 18:27:20 UTC
The hype for the Trump coin and Melania coin left as fast as they came but their value still remains, especially for the Trump coin. Still, their value still remains with TRUMP valued at $27 and dropping with the overall trend being very bearish and Melania at $2.4, falling way below the initial price which was around $3. More than that is that the current market sentiment of both tokens are negative as well.

The question now is, do these tokens still have potential or are they deadends? This thought came to mind when I saw an event giving Trump, Melania, Doge, and Elon tokens. i thought about participating but then I wondered if it would be a good idea to keep those tokens after getting them or should I just sell them off while they still have good value?

Re: Have You Ever Heard Of The Dual-Token System?
by
Mikky_m
on 25/01/2025, 18:34:12 UTC
I've heard of the token as well when I saw the listing. A dual token system is simply a setup where a cryptocurrency project uses two different types of tokens, each with its own purpose. Something like one token will be used as a utility token while the other will be used for governance or something else. What I must have missed though was the fact that the token did 500% since I wasn't paying much attention to it despite seeing it was getting listed. I did check its chart on Bit get eventually though, I'm not too impressed with the price chart, since the first day's candle closing at 0.007, it has been downhill from there. Will there be a change? That's yet to be seen for now but I guess it's worth looking forward to.

The return of Vine...as a memcoin?
by
Mikky_m
on 23/01/2025, 19:18:55 UTC
Most people can remember that before the era of Tiktok, reel, or shorts...we had Vine. Vine had always been something both weird and funny at the same time but now it seems like we're seeing it take a huge step. I just saw a new memecoin on Solana and as you can get from the dramatic intro I cooked up, it's name is VINE, lol.

Anyway, the token got listed today and according to what I saw on the X account of the creator he said it's just for fun and the profit will all be donated to X...I don't know why that's the plan...probably to glaze Elon but...okay. EIther way, it's nice to see the VINE return even if it wasn't what we expected. What do you guys think about the token though, is it just an attempt to relive its glory days or you can see another intention behind the token, let's hear it.

A day in crypto that will be remembered for years.

Many people made life-changing profits by investing in that token early and it’s no exaggeration to say it brought smiles to faces around the world. However, there’s a flip side, with some losing significant amounts due to greed. I even heard about someone losing a few thousand dollars in just hours, which seems like a classic case of overreaching. Still, for those who seized the opportunity, it was an incredible day, while others faced disappointment. Either way, it’s been a remarkable way to kick off 2025!

The very first flagship AI Agent? What does it offer?
by
Mikky_m
on 18/01/2025, 10:47:05 UTC
I was reading about a project named AVA that's supposed to be the first flagship AI agent...which I didn't quite know what it meant but I did see that the project creates audiovisual AI agents that come to life over video. This did put the project into perspective and it's pretty impressive, but at the same time not that complicated since the effect might as well be created by combining various different AI creations together. The fact that everything can be done within one product is the impressive part.

I'm quite interested in learning more about the project since they have apparently worked with quite a few NFT brands. Too bad that there isn't much info I could find about it, hence my post. If anyone knows about this project or knows what it might be about from the description I gave then I'd appreciate your comment, TQ.

Improving web3's through telecommunication.
by
Mikky_m
on 16/01/2025, 11:43:30 UTC
I've been reading a bit about a telecommunication project named Jambo which is quite interesting. The project's main aim is to provide affordable smartphones for African countries while promoting web3 apps in that phone also. It's a very interesting idea that I just couldn't resist reading about especially since their next phase will encompass next-generation DePIN use cases, including satellite connectivity and P2P networking. The project also has a token that is used for facilitating transactions, rewards, and governance but that's just by the way.

The main thing I like about the project is that while making affordable smartphones for African countries, it also includes those phones with educational materials as well as web3 apps, it's basically growing the next generation of crypto enthusiasts, I'd like to see how this develops. If there's anyone who knows about this project or someone info I might I have missed, I'd really appreciate it if you could share it.

The unnerving Bitcoin holding of multiple ETFs
by
Mikky_m
on 11/01/2025, 14:40:44 UTC
I was reading about a BTC staking platform lately, not because I planned to stake any BTC but just because I found it interesting that one of its sponsors was Binance Labs. Anyway, the project's name is Solv protocol and has up more than 25k Bitcoins staked on it since it's inception in 2021 and basically what it does is "provide a flexible and yield-generating solution for Bitcoin holders."

Still that's not the most amusing fact I found while reading about the project. It's that even with the 25k BTC the project has presently, it's no where close to Blackrock and some other ETFs, it's just mind-blowing. Anyway, the project is a pretty good read and has quite a bit interesting features and advantages, if anyone knows about the project tell me what you think about it. Tq https://x.com/SolvProtocol

Re: Is it just me or we getting bored of GameFi ?
by
Mikky_m
on 08/01/2025, 21:37:05 UTC
Saturation is the best word to define the present situation. GameFi has a lot of potential but almost nothing has been realized. The play to earn concept is a golden goose if used right but most of these projects just Integrate blockchain in order to get people to play their otherwise subpar games while in reality the integration is supposed to be a huge boon to the project but not everything.

Xterio on the other hand isn't too bad, I checked it out when I read that its ecosystem enables seamless integration between multiple games still a lot more work can go into the project since they already have a pretty solid foundation. We should see an improvement to the project soon though since it's token recently got listed on both Bitget and Bybit, it has some unrealized potential.

A new LLM framework improving business operations
by
Mikky_m
on 02/01/2025, 21:21:26 UTC
I've been reading about a particular LLM framework that's used as a tool to automate business operations. It's supposed to let developers orchestrate agent swarms with minimal code and maximum control, it's supposed to be pretty flexible but even then there's still limited info I could find about the project. On the other hand, I did see some info on Twitter about it having a token named SWARMS which supposedly got listed today with a good price but I didn't dig too much since I don't have enough info on the project. Still, any info about the project or insight on if the project has potential will be appreciated. TQ

Correct investment direction for the new year.
by
Mikky_m
on 31/12/2024, 19:01:43 UTC
We've had quite a good year of trading that's about to end in a few hours but that doesn't change anything, we still have to look towards the coming year and build our existing portfolio. I've been going through X to decide what route to take, Bitcoin is on the bearish side and it seems like only a few alts are still pumping. I remember I made a post about an exchange token recently, they too are on the rise...at least some of them. Still, it was enough for me to check out the potential ones that might be profitable, I did see one new one that got listed today named BLUE with a $67M MCap. It has some utility, but I'll still be looking to see if it will have a strong price trend since you can't really tell with these tokens, especially during this period. Still, the token does look like it has quite a bit of potential since its platform has some pretty big sponsors and is a DEX on SUI but I'd still prefer to watch on the sidelines for now. What do you guys think about this if you know about the token? Is watching from the sidelines the smart move for now or there are better options, let me know your thoughts.

Re: TG projects that should be on watchlist
by
Mikky_m
on 28/12/2024, 15:27:20 UTC
First, I will say most projects not some because the percentage of the TOn projects that have worked out so far are little. Still, I won't shut all of them down and say we still can't see any good projects anymore, quite the contrary, I'm still on the look out for good TG mini apps even though it's halfheartedly. I did see that VERT on X, I think it was going to be added to the Bitget pre-market but I didn't really pay it much attention, I'll read more about it even though it's too late to join in the fray, it will still be interesting to watch.

Re: How will you keep the profits coming in the bear market?
by
Mikky_m
on 25/12/2024, 11:09:29 UTC
Nah, I'm not in favour of taking a break or at least taking a long break. There are still some things that we can still look forward to but airdrops isn't on of them, even when the market was still bullish we were getting back to back dust, lol. Still staking is still the best bet especially if it's USDT. The apr for USDT might not be as high as that of other tokens but it's still the most stable for obvious reasons so I guess I might as well check out the Poolx. It's the one on Bitget right?

Affiliate programs the Pros and the Cons
by
Mikky_m
on 20/12/2024, 18:11:40 UTC
Now this is quite a sensitive topic to talk about especially considering the fact that it's on a forum but I still have to ask, what do you think about affiliate programs?

Sure, I'm sure I'll still receive some salty replies from people based on this question but I still need to understand. I've been looking for some other opportunities since the year is ending and I need something extra from the holidays so because of that I came across some programs that offer quite a lot in terms of referrals but still...I don't really have that good of an opinion of these kind of programs so I had to ask, is it worth it? If it is can anyone recommend a good one for me because ngl, I need it quite a bit, hahaha.

Is a promise of good allocation a myth or legend?
by
Mikky_m
on 17/12/2024, 21:28:25 UTC
Tap to earn was a good idea initially since you know that anyone that gets a good allocation from the airdrop put in equally a huge amount of work but the problem is that even now, most people's effort aren't being recognized. I have a friend that farmed a token for 2 years only to get the equivalent of an eth gas fee, and it just gets more funny and disheartening from there.

It only feels like one project on a chain will give great allocation to their community and get a great listing price and then the next 20 will just be plain awful. Presently, I'm getting scared since one SOL coin PENGU actually rewarded their users for their active participation resulting in good allocation as well as a decent listing price. At this point I can only imagine what this means for the coming airdops I'm expecting lol. Jokes apart, I really wonder why this happens, let me hear what you guys think.

Re: Playing HoldCoin ($HOLD) On TG Has Taught me Some Investment Lessons.
by
Mikky_m
on 15/12/2024, 19:30:53 UTC
Good advice but there are a lot more factors to consider in this situation. We have to consider the present trend of TON games, understanding that it has been a downward slope with most of the recent ones being dust and also understanding that many have that mindset and are going to sell once it gets listed.

Still, as for me, the only thing I'm actually paying attention to are the events available since it will at least be profitable no matter what comes. If the listing price is decent then I might as well just stake it for a few days since quite a good about is offered for staking the token on Bitget's poolx. If the price isn't too good then sorry but there's no reason for me to really hold.

Re: Futures Trading: Tool for Balance or High-Stakes Game?
by
Mikky_m
on 15/12/2024, 19:18:11 UTC
for me it's a good tool, for taking advantage of the resistance and support.

we all know that whenever prices hits support or resistance, it always bounced back for the first time, I took advantage of it using high leverage trading in which otherwise become meaningless trade because the bounce probably just 1-2% but with leveraged high trade, I can turn it to 100% profit. of course there's risk management.

I usually only bet using $15 as my margin and proper TP/SL, future trading is a powerful tool if you want to make quick bucks, as long as you know how to do it. it becomes problematic if you use really high leverage for long term, because market like to create wick.

Its a good tool if we are aware of what we can face in futures trading, we may be able to get quick bucks but we can also quickly lose our funds if the analysis we do in the trading activity is wrong. We know how high the risk is in futures.

Many people have tried futures with extensive knowledge but they also cried in the end because of the completely wrong technical analysis they did in the actual trading they did.

My thoughts exactly, while it's a good tool it's also quite risky. Futures on a normal day is quite risky and with a high leverage, it's even higher and you can ask 10 people and 8 will advice against doing this. If it was for guaranteed gain or minimized risk then it would have been understandable but it's not everytime you get to see a futures subsidy https://www.bitget.com/support/articles/12560603819591. So the risk is high overall

The price of BTC is still quite volatile but with great risk comes great reward even though I'd advise against any hasty decisions. On the other hand the price surge has given what you are looking for, events, and in abundant numbers. Just search for Bit get Diamond Thursday on Twitter, it's a BTC trading event offering BGB in good amounts but still don't let that blind you from the dangers of jumping into a trade carelessly. Good luck

Re: Does crypto integration belong in all projects?
by
Mikky_m
on 13/12/2024, 20:14:58 UTC
Common crypto projects that using trending tools to incorporate crypto as “utility tokens” while in reality the application of crypto is not necessary. They are just using the tech to attract investors from hype since there’s a lot of gullible investors that put money on things that is hype without researching about the utility.

There’s a lot of AI project out there that has heavily funded by Billionaires like xAI which has an advanced development already compared to crypto projects that start from the scratch by random devs without initial funding.
Hmmm, you're making a lot of sense. It has no substance in reality when you really think about it.
