The Dominium platform is built on an Ardor childchain which evolved from the time-tested Nxt blockchain. The Dominium childchain decentralises the trade of assets and places rental agreements, purchase agreements, property management tasks and more on the blockchain. Dominium will obtain the required regulatory licenses to allow standardised legal templates for property funding to be created. This allows companies to create regulatory compliant assets, which can be purchased by the Dominium account holders. As the assets are created on the blockchain they will of course be 100% transparent and liquid. Moreover, Dominium is underwritten by a portfolio of property assets generating an income and ensuring the future development and maintenance of the platform.Also we will use buy-back and token burn programs in order to stabilize or increase DOM token value.

AT the ICO time I very interested and closely watched this project but in the last couple of months, I lost my attention.
How far are we with the development and the roadmap for Romad? How many people are using this antivirus?
Are there any statistics about antivirus downloads or active users? What is the price for and how people are paying for it?

Yes, it can be. But the teams task is to create a reasonable balance between buyers and sellers. This problem is not present at present, as most users prefer to simply use a coin for a leasing program.

May be Booking.com does not use artificial intelligence but they have a big database and a lot of users. It is really very difficult to compete with Booking.com.

Leasing program is an internal function. Although it attracts investors, as it makes a profit, but it can damage the project and investments in the long run. It is much more important to launch a marketplace and use coins in the external environment.

Единственное сейчас большую популярность набирает TRON. Все-таки платформа для игр и развлечений, развлекаться все любят. Это многомиллионная отрасль. Очень много приложений работает на блокчейне TRON (TRX).
Надеюсь, где-то в 2021 много сейчас никому не нужных активов станут резко нужны многим. Это будет происходить постепенно. Значит, нужно добавлять некоторые как бы никому не нужные токены и монеты.
