Whether we like it or not , projects are still dying on this bear market, however under these circumstances there are projects with a bulletproof roadmap and active communities that are taking action each month. One of those is Thorstarter community, recently they did a massive burn on their token [100M]  and placed their tokens into the top 10 profitable ones this week. They are also doing new partnerships with projects that are going to expand their regions in 2023 from Latin America to the rest of the West. Do you know about any other projects that are being this active during the Holidays?

GM Crypto Fam. I wanted to bring this topic to the table, communities building and growing under the current market conditions. We have seen that those who consistently work and develop while we are living the bear market are some of the projects that build credibility and audience when everything explodes.

We have a great example right here, BitcoinTalk is a truthful site that has brought the crypto community together for over a decade, and it's still growing.

GM fam. If you do trade on an exchange, wanted to ask you about your favorite option so far.

Last week I was discussing with some friends the benefits Binance offers: quick trading, minor crashes within each year, and also the liquidity it already has created over the years.

They told me they preferred more risky options and not the classic ones.
I regularly trade with [MT4 + Broker] tho.

Hey fam, today we saw one of the major 2022 red candles, not only for BTC, but, also on the crypto market. I have seen a lot of activity over social media regarding the 10% price drop and would like to ask if this is something you had already under your radar?

Hey Fam. Wanted to know what are you going to do with your rigs and overall mining equipment now that Merge is incoming.

Recently the Tornado Cash case was a hot topic within our community and many of us thought it would be over with the frozen wallets.
However, today I was reading an article about Tether allowing the activity for the users in the mentioned platform, as it may be a short-term solution for those in need, it may seem as a collateral trigger for the US regulators towards Tether, if one of the biggest crypto markets in the world chooses to punish the biggest stablecoin at the time, how much lower do you think we will fall?

At some point most of us have interacted or discussed the pump that Meme coins had over the last bull cycle, even some of us held some and got some profits on the way. The thing is that nowadays there are thousands of meme coins and shitty projects that try to grab a bag, but, even most newbies at the market are aware of it.

That being said, this week I have seen multiple sources covering the uptrend from DOGE and SHIB, I find it interesting how these projects may have a possibility to surge again and claim a space as a 'useful' token for the future projects. What are your thoughts about this?

The stable digital currencies, also known as CBDCs have been gaining popularity in the last two years, especially after 2021 bull market.

Recently I was looking at some news about CBDCs implementation in Australia, and I was wondering if this is something that could cause trouble or confusion within a local economy as it moves forward. Countries like Canada have developed contingency plans for this system, although I'm not sure how small countries could be affected by this. What are your thoughts?

Gm crypto fam, these past few weeks we’ve seen a huge wipeout and the market is chaotic, but, it's also an opportunity to determine which projects are here for the long run. One of my favorites right now is Maya Protocol, on the last quarter they updated their proposal,  participated on big events, maintained their community strong and even acquired extra funding. They are planing to release their first token [$CACAO] later this year and I am extremely excited about it, their rewards for node operators and liquidity providers are one of the bests i've seen.

GM crypto fam, wanted to share with you something that I believe it's relevant for all of us at some point: Crypto Events, a place were the guys behind the project show their faces and let us know directly the updates that they are working on towards a healthy progress. Recently I was looking at the Cross Chain Expo 2022, that took place on June 8th, it was exiting to see that some of the projects I have been following for years were there : Thorchain, Thorstarter, Brokkr and it was awesome to know that no matter the market cycle we are in, they are putting hard work to innovate and maintain their relevance over time.

Which projects are you currently following that are doing these kind of activities and why do you believe in them?

GM crypto fam, a few days ago  I shared on this board some DeFi  Real Estate projects and the features they may have for the future. Some of you guys wanted more info about how it could work, improvements over current projects and also if there was a legal framework over this new business model.

I recently read an article explaining fractional ownership on Real Estate, giving the opportunity for early investors to instantly sell and get access to liquidity. Also the article does reference to the legal implications on this new market, last, but not least, it also mentions that even if only 0.5% of the traditional Real Estate market moves to the blockchain, it will create over 1 trillion liquid Real Estate assets.

Have you considered the possibility to enter on this crypto branch?
Projects like Dwellfi and Citadel have been positioning early as projects that will be part of the future of Real State and will be giving opportunities to people eager to participate on this niche, but, at the moment don't have the possibility on the traditional market.

This seems pretty exciting! The first THORchain fork (probably of many coming in the future)

Maya is the second multi-chain dex in the market besides THORchain, and it basically is a CosmosSDK-powered replicated state machine to coordinate asset movement, including processing swaps, stakes, and more without the need to peg assets. Just like THORchain!!

The biggest thing for me right now is the incentive pendulum they mention in their docs, which apparently makes it so liquidity pools are automatically balanced (No impermanent loss??). They give a few reasons as to why THORchain shouldn’t be the only cross-chain DEX, these are some of them:
No competition = no collaboration.

Two minds are better than one.

There is no way THORchain can grow fast enough to capture the whole market. TPS limits.

All this seems pretty interesting, also it’s worth noting Maya is only the second of it’s kind, and could be an early investing opportunity for us Degens.

In the past years some projects have tried to lend while having the handicap of liquidating the borrowers or having interest rates. New projects are emerging recently, such as Lendscape that offer zero interest rates and no liquidation. Do you know any other projects with this features?

GM crypto fam. Most of us have been in the space for a while and we have seen people as active as Alex Becker in the space or big influences in the market as Elon Musk tweets, but, there are other medium or small accounts on crypto twitter that provide good content and news. I try to follow some of them, however, it is hard to see that some of them just turn into promoters and leave behind their initial audience. I've seen there are crypto projects rising, such as KOLnet trying to solve the gap between the crypto communities and good projects. What do you think it is your best source to get up to date reliable information?
