Sportsbet is still the only site I have found with 0 confirmations deposits and instant withdraws.
After I send my BTC, I am betting in a matter of seconds.
Withdraws take under 5 minutes every time and often less then that.
I think this is the closest thing to "instant" in all of bitcoin gambling,

This is not legal in most places but theres talks of other animals fighting so why not ask. 
I know it is popular with Bitcoin and gamblings.

Deposit credited to our account after confirmation is not something called by instant deposit.
