1070s shouldn't need 180w I have a few rigs of 6 1070s and my kill a watt meter says there just around 800w. I am using EVGA 1000w power supplys and they have all been running for 7+ months.

The pool will usual tell you when it pays if you read the home page or faq That one says Payouts are made automatically every 3 hours for all balances above 0.1, or 0.01 on Sunday.

On my gaming X rig I have Mem clock at +825 , core at +100 and power limit at 50 They all run at 24.5 Mh at 95W

I had a 1060 Armor 6gb and its the worst card I have had , it wont do more than 17 MH , My Gaming X all do 25 MH. I haven't tried a 1070 Armor but if there anything like the 1060 I would avoid it. I have a rig of EVGA 1070s and one with all Gigabyte 1070 windforce and both perform well.

So far its seems to be the most stable etn pool I have been on. All the others I have tried seem to start out doing good then I wake up to find that the pool is down and I have wasted 8hrs.  I am almost at 24hrs and the results are  pretty consistent with estimates from whattomine and the calculator on nanopool.

you don't need them to mine but to access your wallet you need them or just wait until another wallet comes

That's where they are, it will be easier to access them when a better wallet comes out but you can use electroneumd.exe and electroneum-wallet-cli.exe from PowerShell and look at the balance

It should send the electroneum to your wallet address, did you make a wallet?

Sounds like you don't have the wallet running or you didn't make a .conf file
