On your backstage log it indicates "WORKMODE[0]". Which means your unit is in normal operation mode, so I will never reach within 6% of designated hash rate. Click on the ">Configuration" link on the backstage, then at the very bottom change the "Mode:" dropdown to "High Performance". Click 'Reboot' and it should fully hash.

You will more than likely have to get working fans before it will hash again. But, if you do decide to fix it; be sure and upgrade your firmware since your commit and build time is older than the one posted at Bitmain.

Hello All
I bought 2 of  these  miners  from Aliexpress AvalonMiner 1246 they both where mining fine till one packed up after a week and a half. They did not overheat as I live in UK and it is cold in my garage the hottest board was around 70 to 72 I have been back and forth with seller but they either are useless or know what problem is and don't care I am no expert but I thought since I had two the first thing I swapped was the PSU with no success so today I swapped the control board still no good. My problem is I cant understand how all 3 boards could go down I am contemplating swapping a board  but I know there are experts here so I thought I could show log and someone could point me in right direction.
Many thanks for any advice

The unit is in normal mode, it needs to be in High Performance mode (Configuration tab on the backstage, after changing click Reboot). None of your fans are connect/working. Only found 1 hash board with 120 total ASICS, indicating possible hash board problems. Your SF is not the same as your ATABD's, either the frequency command was entered or it is auto-tuning to shut down due to no hash rate in 5 minutes.

It seems that the fan is not automatically running at high speed after the hash board reaches its temp limit.

Would you mind to try aging to calibrate the miner?
Use the FMS tool to aging the miner you can download the tool here https://canaan.io/service/447

There is 3 FMS tool only one has an aging button so download the 2nd or I think the 3rd one from that link.

If you start the aging process without 3 good hash boards then it will be stuck in aging-mode until you fix the hash boards. All versions of FMS have the command line tool: click the diagnose button.

Pools 0 is related to connection problem. What pool do you mine?
Do you have a stable internet connection?

Would you mind to check if your miner is set to DHCP mode if it is set to DHCP mode try to switch to static and set the IP with the current IP of your miner then add DNS you can either use google DNS or Cloudflare.

I guess that the pool you are trying to mine is blocked by your ISP.
Also, take note that this miner does not work in the Nicehash pool so try to switch to another pool.

POOL[0] indicates the pool is connected and alive. Also, if SoftOFF = 3 && POOLS = 1 && PING = 0 then you have may have dead pools or a faulty ethernet port and/or wiznet chip.

It seems what you may have installed is a regular 1246 (A3201) control board with N-type (A3200) hash boards, or your control board is faulty. But, your control board is not oem due to the hash rate designation missing in Ver. Also, since your ATAOPTS1 is null and your ATABD0/1/2 are also null this indicates that it is an first-run, new control board. To check your control board (log attribute): Core[A320x]. To check your hash boards: There is a designation written on the top front right edge of each hash board will be something like "MMv3_*_3200". Or, if your BUSS bar connectors on the hash boards only have 1 side and not 2 indicates you have A3200 hash boards. Also, your ASIC booster will have much bigger capacitors with the A3200's. The fact that the BOOTBY indicates restart by API (automated or reboot command entered), there are no error codes, no connection problems, in high-performance mode, alive pools, not idling, and none of your ASICs are overheating, indicates all your components are good just not compatible.

My recommendation: Check and make sure your control board and your hash boards are compatible; then allow the aging process to complete (log when completed: ADJ[2] BAR[100%]. Manual restart of the miner is required.) ***Note: If the unit goes back into aging-mode after completion then you haven't fixed the compatibility issue, or you may need to use a Linux CLI to enter commands. The 'diagnose' tool that comes with FMS is way to slow and the unit will restart before the other 2 commands can be entered.
