even if he was not, bitcoins are not money until there sold...there should be no way mtgox is able to freeze peoples BTC balance.

I guess some people just don't read. See... I'm the type of guy who reads a lot and types very little. I guess that M.O. leads to scam accusations but I am taking note of the people out here who love to throw around wild rants about how everyone on here is a scammer especially if there new, or SEEM to be new.

Yes, moreover his account has just been created a couple of days ago! There is a high possibility that this is a scam!
Just because I'm new on the forums does not make this sale a scam. I've been here for a while reading but never made a forum account until one was needed. I have sold the miner, escrow was used through Johnk and the miner has already been shipped. I understand how you just want to protect people on the forum but please do it with more reason then "its a new account".
May have more luck if you post a picture showing you own said avalon. Also, it may be a better idea to post this in the marketplace instead of the newbies section.

If I don't sell it on this thread I'll wait till I can post in auctions and run an auction. I wont let it go for less then 110 BTC though. From what I can figure out at 82 GHS a second it will produce 1.5762 BTC a day.
1.5762 X 30 days = 47.286 BTC per month
