Re: Can we make sure that our money we invest in Bitcoin is safe?

Yeah, you can protect yourself from hackers. Bitcoin forces one to become responsible for the security of your money and it's a huge advantage if you know what you are doing. If you have a lot of money in cryptocurrencies then you should consider buying a separate laptop which wouldn't have access to the Internet. You can store your private keys on that computer which would force you to sign transactions on it. It's the most secure option right now. Hardware wallets are great, they are really convenient and easy to use, but there are still some bugs in them which are very dangerous.

Re: I'm leaving Bitcoin

Personally I see nothing wrong with straight up gambling platforms and to the extent that I do, it's an easy choice for me to ignore them.  I also don't believe that Bitcoin either helped or hurt the Bitcoin economy very much.  If I were putting a huge amount of effort into developing the platform and it was used in this manner, however, I am sure I would feel a bit demoralized and like I was wasting my time.

Re: Why do we need to regulate digital money
by

on 22/06/2018, 07:13:56 UTC
Regulating cryptocurrency is not possible because it is decentralized but regulating the transactions in the cryptocurrency exchanges is possible and some governments have already imposed this kind of rules. The aim of regulation is to protect the bitcoin users from any scams that involved bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and prevent some people in using it from any illegal acts.

Re: Are you a True Believer?

I see alot of people are holding Bitcoins and are convinced that their coins would multiply in value. The same people preach the Bitcoin ideology that its P2P,  decentralised, low to nil send or receive etc.

However, only a small group of people today are using Bitcoins as they were intended. And the fees are not exactly cheap to buy Bitcoins, not to mention those exchange places are basically like banks.

So my question is, are you a True believer of Bitcoins and other Cryptocurrencies that it will one day replace paper money, decentralised and all. Or are you only a believer that the price will continue to climb and you'll one day be a millionaire?

I simply find it fascinating that its apparent, people are preaching the benefits of Bitcoins but they are not using them. Preaching to newbies and drive up the demand and prices of the coins.
Rather, I would love to see people who really believe in Bitcoins, actually going out there and using the coins to purchase products, send/receive coins and let the coins circulate around. I would love to see that day. When the prices are not so volatile, and the coins are being used as they were intended. However, not being volatile also means the prices would rise sharply like it has been this year, which also means you wont be a millionaire holding onto them coins.

So are you a True Believer?

I believe that I am a true believer because I am really stuck to bitcoin because it really gives me a new hope in life. Hope that I didn't found in my six years of duty on my regular work today.bitcoin is really amazing it gives us an unexpected income we only needs to have more patience on doing btc because I believe it is a game of patience.

Re: I need an opinion on rejecting a job offer or crypto

I have opportunity in overseas job around 1000 usd. but my mind now not in a stable manner.

please guide me whats the best option doing crypto currency on the home or move to the job overseas?
I think if you can earn a good amount in crypto then I think you doesn't need to accept a job. With doing a job in crypto, I think you can earn bigger than the job and you still have many times to do another thing. Besides that, you can also make more money from the crypto itself by investing in another coin that could be increased in the future. So you can have a job and the investment at the same time.

I think That's the worse thing you could ever do. There is no guarantee that Bitcoin will keep growing, nor that it will do it when you need it. It could just tank 90% (happened many times in Bitcoin history) and take years to recover and you would have to spend your life in the streets. Or it may even never recover And then, nor would you, homeless loser.

Patient is a Virtue. If you think  investing right now would be a great idea and you also think you can gain a great profit on it then go on. The decision is yours since that is your coins. But always remember that you must think wisely before you decide because regrets always come at last. Overall its just on opinion, follow what you think is the best for yourself.

Re: Japan plans to become the Bitcoin capital of the world.

Japan deserves to  be called the capital of the crypto-currency world. Japan has done a lot for the crypto currency and its promotion not only in its own country, but all over the world. Such a capital could be China, but recent developments in limiting the circulation of crypto currencies there have significantly discouraged this country from implementing the crypto currency.

Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency?

I think Bitcoin will be the beginning of the new methods of paying for something online and offline. The point of Bitcoin’s Blockchain is really so people from everywhere would see the transactions that anyone make. If I wanted to make more money online then it would be possible with Bitcoin since the payment is much faster and less expensive than the major banking companies that state that they have very fast transactions.

Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment.

I think it's true that almost every country has problems with unemployment, but we can change from that and if someone wants to change their lifestyle from unemployment and play bitcoin as a tool of their change by making a lot of money if they learn a lot with it.
