It isn't specifically designed for S9s, it can simply hold the capacity of 1600 units. It is designed for single form ASIC mining hardware. Also, if your power rate is low enough S9s will work great for years.

A client of ours is trying to off-load 1500 Bitmain 13.5 S9s. The units are located in the US and are all currently running, the hash rate can be proved through the pool.
