If we have Layer and their team with us we can have a larger community and maybe volunteers (maybe even the dev). So we need a proposal from Layer and their team, to be "Ac Ann Op Managers" (best if it is a volunteer job XD) and I will be one of them in spanish for free (I am a volunteer). In any case an "Ac Ann Op manager" (Short name required) can gather donations.

1.- This "Ac Ann OP managers" can be part of the team, coordinated by you, if you are still in PPRR and marketing. Then you share the asiacoin of our department.

2.- This "Ac Ann Op managers" are independent and can have the donations from their thread and share X% with Core.

3.- This "Ac Ann Op managers" are independents and can haver the donations direction for core and their personal directions for donations.

You are right, of course, but we cant pay for professional work, actually we need help and we can offer you to be part of the community, invest in the project and wait for results. If you take de AC Ann OP in asian languages you can take the credit and donations (bounties maybe too), I can do the same with spanish (wich is my language) and maybe we can grow in that way.

We need to focus in our real resources for example, we cant make a new wallet but we have an artist trying to do things for the comunity, I sugest give him some work.

Layer, Can you design a "pet" for the community? Make a two or three proposals and asign them asiacoin accounts, we will vote donating (like in the exchanges) and you can have the money.

We can update the main page, we can translate it to some languajes.

We can star voting to be added in new exchanges.

Easy things we can do to improve the project and grow the community, with a larger community we will have more help and posibilities.

A simple way to make and add plug-ins. You know, skins, fonts, translations and more complicated community ideas. People love to customize their programs and we can store it in our web, that will atract web traffic to our site too.

I like the "voting in wallet" idea, I think we must go deeper in that. All coins are in "tecnical" development but social and community development is important too.

We can start working on organize the community before to work with the dev team. I was thinking in have volunteers to do some community managing in other languages than english and build some kind of democratic system to choose them, this people can even seek for skilled people to do some Dev work. We would have two parts in the project like the two chambers of a government, one to the Dev team (actual or future) and one to represent the community. I think with an organized community will be easier to grow in the future.

This is not an Asiacoin internal crisis, nothing is wrong with the comunity, the dev team or the coin. I think this is a dumping atack + panic selling in a general bad week in cryptos. My opinion. F*ck and i need a couple of days to have more money to buy, I am always losing the better oportunities.

Donating is not charity, donating is investing in our team to do development. If all of us donate a 10% of our buys we can fund them very well and a 10% of drop is nothing in cryptos if we can get between a 100% or 1000% of growth.
