Yes almost all cryptocurrency is going down this day maybe it's effect from china banned ICO, but it's great moment too, to hold some altcoin at low prices if you want.

I hope the ICO market will be regulated or self regulated one way or the other by 2018. In which case, the number of ICO every month might go down but that's only good for the overall crypto market. At the moment, it's such a mess, just can't keep up with it. Most of the ICOs are asking for massive amount of money for adding little or no value.

It can but it may take time cause paper money is stable than digital or crypto currency. If crypto currency manages to become more stable it can replace paper money without an issue.

Честно говоря я тоже раньше не слышал о каких то грантах от майкрософт, и о том что они финансируют стартапы. На думаю надо полагать, что они то точно не будут вкладываться во всякий скам.

Видимо и правда проект в гору пойдет, что очень радует учитывая что русская команда. Буду следить и ждать ICO, посмотрим чем еще удивят
