have been enjoying playing this, curious if anyone else around here enjoys this genre, ...

The first game of this type I played was OGame. Does anyone remember that one? I wonder if there are any more active players.
There is nothing better than the feeling when you build a sensor phalanx on the moon.  Cheesy
yeah i've played OGame, dunno if its still active

you can get a return on it but you have to trade your currency to a site called d2jsp, buy osrs with it, then sell that for $$$

have been enjoying playing this, curious if anyone else around here enjoys this genre, you basically earn money, reinvest into your character, progress etc. pretty fun. nice to just see numbers go up and play a game where i dont have to babysit it nonstop.

This looks pretty cool, I haven't played it yet though. Do you spend a lot of real money on that game? Browser games are quite fun because they are usually more long term. My favourite browser game is Travian, I played it many years. You need to build cities, capture artifacts and fight each other.

I dont personally, but theres plenty of people that do. You can play f2p pretty easily if you'd like, but the things you can buy for premium currency are all pretty reasonably costed and you can purchase with in game currency off the market from other players. There's pvp, a kingdom map, a village map etc to fight with other players on. They also accept bitcoin and eth i believe :p

this is less visual than stuff like that, more of the text based/incremental genre but with multiplayer.

I signed up. Could you be specific on when the payout is? September 14th? Pretty important to have the date of payoff public.

Ok so, I suppose this is a little off topic for this but guess how many shits I give? I would like to applaud Ryan for being able to deal with these idiots day in and day out explaining provably fair for the umpteenth time. Top notch work man. I barely ever come around here but just did some catching up and holy fuck it felt like the same thing on repeat.

Peace.

I notice when I was away, phex (who's always been a helpful member of the bustabit community and script author) has made some pretty strong accusations: http://phex.io/bustabit

I suspect it originates from a misunderstanding on how the provably fair works, as it actually definitively rules out the type of attack that phex brings up (it would break the chain).  But the point I'd like to address in particular:

Quote
Whoever notices this and points it out, Ryan either secretly mutes them or even bans them.

Is quite a bizarre accusation, as I have never muted (or banned) a single person for noticing or questioning anything. Phex himself is not, or will not be muted for making accusations (as long as they don't degenerate to troll-level). I've probably engaged a 100+ discussions on explaining why and how the provably fair works, and why it's not rigged. The official provably fair (bustabit.com/faq#fair) is actually a link to bitcointalk, precisely for the express purpose of allowing anyone to comment on it, and read the comments of other people (and as such the thread is not self moderated).

Another long time community member here to say this is absolute bullshit. Ryan muting/censoring his chat has never happened, He is very open about this kind of thing. This seems like a guy who either got mad about losing or something, I don't get it.

Even when this should work and more people start using this the Dice sites will anticipate on this and change there Dice script.
