Ich habe einen Steuerberater gesagt, er sagte zu mir folgendes:
Der Kostenabzug für Geschenke/Streuwerbeartikel ist gem. § 4 Abs. 5 EStG eingeschränkt möglich.
Die Einzelheiten des Kostenabzug hängen vom Wert des verschenkten Sache ab.
Grundsätzlich sind Einzelaufzeichnungen zu jeder einzelnen Schenkung zu machen, sofern die Finanzverwaltung nicht von einem sog. Streuwerbeartikel ausgeht. Hierzu gibt es schon in der klassischen Economy keine klare Aussage, zu einem Faucet für BTC oder andere Kryptowährungen fehlt jegliche Regelung.
Hier können Sie nur eine Auskunft des Finanzamts einholen.
Somit ist das wohl leider nicht klar geregelt, sehr schade.

But in order to be able to claim expenses at the tax office in Germany, an address is required, otherwise you could not operate a faucet in germay, thats very unfortunate, because i would like to run one.
