Even though the coin is now listed on IDAX its great to know that, according to Marcus AMA, within 30-45 days the coin will be listed in other exchanges as well. This is reassuring. I want to see how the price behaves once listed on other sites. Great moments to come for AML.
Hopefully they'll list on a proper exchange, not another shady backwater like IDAX or a straight out sketchy exchange like HitBTC. Digress or falter, I guess.

I think the threats of legal action need to stop. We all get that there is no legal basis to stand on, and you are starting to sound a bit disturbed. I've been in the same Discord chat and I don't see the same things you claim to see, digress or falter.

I am interested in how they think listing on IDAX helps their goal of compliant crypto with widespread government acceptance. I somehow doubt many governments are going to be willing to risk dealing with an un-regulated exchange in Mongolia. Especially with the number of compliant exchanges increasing every day.

Mark, I think the point is there's a difference between being supportive and a regular pattern of simply posting hype and old, irrelevant articles, especially every time someone asks a question or raises a concern.
Just a reminder, there are several coins I know of with substantial AML/KYC compliance, and I'm sure many I've never heard of. There are multiple exchanges that already support government compliance regulation. Where is AML in all of this? Not trading, that's for sure. Whether it's even actually under development is a huge question, since 1) pretty much nobody outside this board is talking about it, 2) the founder is hiding from investors, 3) every time someone asks a question they get jumped by sock puppets, 4) when people want out they get the runaround, 5) when people get too shrill about feeling like they're being scammed, they get lawyers threats

So that's something. But the lack of transparency is still one of the issues bothering a lot of us. An "ask me anything" where questions are sent via PM rather than asked in the open forum, then answered by an account claiming to be someone with no way of verifying that it is indeed Marcus, and no way of asking follow up questions, isn't really credible.
Especially with all the anger and accusations and negative information, I think Marcus could at the very least do a Skype Q&A where questions are posted in the forum and answered live. Not directly addressing investors seems a lot like hiding.
I think most of us (even those who still believe in this project) have completely had it with the vague answers.
Steven-Has lost complete and all legitimacy and is a straight up liar!! I cannot even find the words for my disappointment and total loss of respect. There is nothing more that can be done. I think the positive Steven vanished when he realized NAC and AML were trying to play him and all of us for fools. As far as I can tell he's still pretty positive, just not about AML for good reason.

--Other team members listed in the white paper will not speak and their have never appeared interested in the project....from investors perspective. -----NAC's management has hidden itself from investors. That smells bad!

The project is on Github. It is not open to the public. Only our developers, executive team, and digital currency exchanges can see this.
Marcus is NOT in hiding. He has been traveling and meeting with officials (As you can see in our social media feeds).
Team members that are listed in the whitepaper ARE involved AND therefore interested in the project.
NAC does not hold investor conferences because we do not accept any investors for SEC reasons. AML BitCoin does not have investors. If you purchased tokens, you are a Token Holder. AML BitCoin is a medium of exchange. You DID NOT purchase shares in the company.
This is a unique project and it takes time. In the business world, it is common for projects to be extended. Our team is working diligently.
On Telegram, if people post disrespectful, harassing, or posting slanderous items, then yes the messages are deleted. Our Token Holders and group on Telegram should not be subjected to the bad behavior of some group members.

Thanks David. I don't know how much you can do, but I think maybe its past time for Andrade to give us an update himself on the status of the project. That doesn't seem to be too much to ask, as he's asking us to just keep trusting despite the delays and missed deadlines, etc.

Speaking of things that sound illegal. I really don't think they can refuse your refund because someone else offered to buy your stuff at a discount. You should press Salmon on that. Or take them to small claims if they keep it up, imho.

How about an update from the team on the status of the project? Biometric integration, government contracts, development of the coin itself, etc. No news about what is essentially a software development project is not good news.
Granted, whether trolling is illegal depends on your definition of "illegal". I use the term to mean anything that is prohibited by law and can rightly result in legal action whether civil or criminal. Some people limit the term to mean criminal only. I don't. Trolling can result in the following civil actions: tortious interference with contractual relations, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, defamation, business disparagement, breach of contract (in some cases), and probably some others I cannot think of at the moment. I have also told NAC that it is a good business practice to make public announcements when it is wise and timely to do so.
Now you actually sound like a lawyer. Hopefully you're helping our friend Encon1776 get his refund from NAC.
AML Bitcoin has the patents to prove that they are the best and most innovative crypto on the market!
