Work Quest will indeed make finding jobs more easier than ever before, but what I do quite get is how the market place will function, it's features and functionalities, will users be able get offer a service directly from Work Quest and get paid also on platform.
Have know that the main function for Blockchain technology is to gives its users full control of what happens in their accounts and even manages their digital assets. Not only that, decentralized ledger technology offers transparency and security of all its users’ information. This is the prime reason why Work Quest was developed on top of the blockchain.
As the user, you’ll be able to see everything that goes on in the platform since any information found on one ledger (block) is simultaneously copied in the other blocks for the users of the Work net blockchain to see and verify.
Everything you do on the Work Quest platform, be it paying your employees, or working for your employers will be saved and copied as verifiable information in every block. This means you can trace all that happens from the information you find on the blocks.
Employer received payments after completing quest on Work Quest platform and smart contract between employer and employee will be completed. if the work is not performed qualitatively, users will be able to file a complaint and service employees will make decisions on each situation separately.
This is evidence of total transparency no room for injustice and this will unite the employees and employers. With the rate at which employment is growing globally mostly especially that of remote work WorkQuest ecosystem will enhance the means of communication between the employees and employers also giving room to the right people to work.
Over the years getting qualified workers to occupy the rightful position has been a great challenge but with WorkQuest Ecosystem I believe the screening will be more professional and genuine compare to the traditional means of employment.
