guys...please help...i withdrew xem from polo and sent it to bittrex.
on polo it shows as copmplete. on trex it's not even pending.
it's 1 hour now since it shows as complete on polo.
is this still normal or should i be worried that the coins vanished?

Don't those exchanges tell you tx ids when you withdraw ? Why don't you just look that up and see what's going on ? http://chain.nem.ninja
I don't get why people come here for problems with exchanges instead of just asking the exchanges :/.
i looked it up. everything is ok with the transaction. but it's not showing up on trex. and trex support didn't answer yet.
Bittrex wallet maintenance, thats why you did not get xem deposit.

the wallet maintenace is happening due to my problem. i wrote to bittrex-richie in the trex slack. i was not the only one experiencing this problem.

i'm not as pro as some other users here and i'm like in panic mode.
i already asked polo. they said everything is fine on their side and they cannot help me any further.
still nothing showing up. it was my complete xem stash. of course i'm worried now that it all vanished.

Yeah how stupid, doesn't make sense!! Anyone selling down here is going to regret it for sure!!
in first time i thinking he selling bot 12300/5minute for make his buy wall filled, but after i see that's adress i know seller is f*cking miner, he want to sell his XVG and thinking still profit with it .
He will soon kick his ass for selling so low.
It is going to go under 10 sat now. No volume and huge huge huge sellers now want to get out, but I can't understand why at these price levels. Seems crazy to sell but there are some large sellers out there for sure. The bids have been lower and lower in total (currently 26.333 BTC on Bittrex) and the sells are (currently 136848.383 BTC on Bittrex). Not a good sign at all and looks like this could head back under that 7 sat for sure if not back to the 1-3 sat too. I remember when this had no bid and really really really hope that doesn't happen 
That would totally suck as I am heavy and really do think this coin should be way way higher!! Can't believe the price is this low but doesn't look like it is done come down!! SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Did anyone ever think tommy is in hiding working on the coin as we all go crazy? He said in the past that he's tired of investors only caring about rising the price and FUDing everytime news is released. Perhaps he is waiting until the coin is useful for something other than just making investors money . Perhaps he is teaching a lesson to those who only invest in this coin out of greed.

That's right, you import that key into your new wallet and you'll be able to access your XEM
