The trading platform that TruCoin is launching today allows users to place stealth dark pool orders on all of the major exchanges. The stealth orders are hidden from the public until the order executes. So, they don't show up in any of the public market depth tables or charts.
I can discretely place large orders now without affecting the market!
Thoughts?

Scammer buys goods from reputable person. Reputable person holds coins, then tries to spend them, but person C sees that coins were in a previous deal linked to scammer. Innocent person B is screwed.

All sales are final is in itself illegal. As long as they can't deliver the item on the day you want your refund they have to give you the refund. That is common business pratice and even law in some countries...
Any good lawyer or judge will tell you its all in the wording, and BFL uses it well. And I quote " Bitforce SC (ASIC) products are shipped according to placement in the order queue, and delivery may take 2 months or more after order. All sales are final."
The statement of "2 months or more" makes denying you a refund legal. The only way it becomes illegal is if they never deliver the product....ever. If they discontinue the item and say that it will never ship, THEN you are legally owed a refund. But, when you paid for your item, they essentially told you it would take at least 2 months. They never promised before a certain time frame.
Some people have been able to successfully get refunds, and that is totally at the companies discretion. Its no different that buying a product with a warranty, and then that product breaking after that warranty has expired. They company promised that under normal use, their product will last ATLEAST that long. Anything beyond that, they do not have to fix/repair, but if they choose to do it then thats their own discretion. Same also applies to returns and countless other policies in place everyday.
You are completely incorrect in your understanding of the legal precedent around this issue.
U.S. Consumer Protection Laws are very clear. If they have not actually shipped the merchandise, they cannot deny your request for a refund, regardless of what terms and conditions they have in some arbitrary corner of their website.

It is amazing to me how the BFL fanbois will excuse almost any behavior by the company, up to and including refusing their customers refunds.
Fanboy I am not. Yes, I have a Jalapeno, but I also ordered mine in July 2012. So, someone who ordered 2 months ago who is upset about not getting a refund, I say to them, what do you say to the person who has waited almost a year to get their unit?
I refer you to my post below and the FTC laws governing All Sales Finals and the legality of them offering refunds. Like it or not, they are within their legal right to deny a refund, just like you are within your legal right to ask for, and put in a claim for one.

FTC is clear. All sales final is not binding. You can always cancel. Espcially if product has not shipped within 30 days or order, regardless of if you are warned it may be longer than 2 months.

Yes, BFL has conducted business ethically and as prudently as possible. Believe it or not, whiney little babies have no connection to reality aren't the norm in the business world. Go whine to AMD or Intel or another tech company when they are late delivering your product, see how far it gets you.
As far as taking preorders when we knew they could be delivered in a timely manner, I assume you meant "knew they couldn't" (if not, please correct me), but we did not know. That is the point.

We are the most transparent ASIC company shipping products. We are also far, far more transparent than pretty much any other tech company out there.

They gave him his deposit back and they had the right to freeze his accounts.
They just don't seem to understand that what he did was try to help them, not scam them.
You do it with 0.015 BTC not 15 BTC, and you PM Bitbook after you do it explaining what you did and what you think is wrong, if they dont fix it you leave it alone and dont tell anyone, and dont do it yourself.

Bitbook fucked up, and they want to throw him under the bus. They don't like that they had a huge risk on their site. Instead of thanking the guy for showing them the hole, the want to take his BTC? They should be PAYING that man for not just transferring to another account and inst withdrawing. Their withdrawls are automated, they NEVER would have seen those coins again had OP done that.

It is NOT OP's job to help them fix a site bug. Can bitbook freeze or ban his account? Sure. Thats their choice. Thats fine. But to keep his coins. NEVER is that right, ever. Bitbook can guess at his intent, but I tend to think that since he PM'd all the info to a third party, reputable company, before proceeding, that he was trying to test to see if the site had a clear security leak, or if it would be noticed.
We will never know if the OP wouldd have kept the coins. But think on this:
If he wanted to keep the coins, wouldnt he have loaded him one account, made all kinds of bets, then transferred them to one other account and cashed out? What he did makes absolutely no sense for a scammer to do.
