Re: Interesting view on the rise of btc through the years

I can relate to this dude selling at $200. He was some regular everyday normal guy who just had a spare 5K and one day he got the chance to become a millionaire. I'd probably jump at the same opportunity too. Don't think he has much to regret either, if he has used his million reasonably and if he reinvested in crypto he now probably has much more than 11 million.

Re: Study: Physically Weak Men More Likely to Be Socialists
by

Normally I would disagree, but nowadays there seems to indeed be such a correlation. Physically weak men have more chances to be cast out of regular masculine male groups and thus develop interests more in the fields of interests of women. This eventually can send them to the feminist or LGBT sector of society and these things go hand in hand with the modern western brew of socialism.

So, I googled a lot if somehow I could get a loan or something, seems impossible as I'm a student  Cheesy

At 23rd June we're starting to work at a local McDonalds, which pays around 800$/month

I'm sorry to ask but isn't this the solution to your problem? These loan sharks usually require proof that you have steady income and you can handle your monthly loan payments. Well it seems to me you'll be perfectly able to do so. Don't you think you should try to reapply for a loan in a month or so?

I'm asking also cause I might soon find myself in such a situation and I want to get a better picture about what to expect from the banks. Do they have something against students in personal, even if the student has a job?

I lock my cat in the other room when I go to sleep. I love the little kitty, but she does sometimes attack me for no reason whatsoever. Vets have no idea what's wrong either. So I just keep her away when I go to sleep, cause I don't want to wake up with claws scratching my face.

Re: Country that provide Best Free Education.

Eastern European countries provide free or almost free education and in many respects it's pretty good. Many people from Africa or the middle east graduate there especially in medicine and then(sometimes) return back home to become successful doctors. Local specialists are accepted and paid well in the west which creates a deficiency of medical professionals in their country. Also since it's pretty expensive to become a college student in the west, it's not that rare to see people from as far away as USA studying in Eastern Europe.

Re: Time for a wipe out of all british spies inside china.

British spies are some of the best in the world, just because China claims they have gotten rid of all spies doesn't mean they have. I mean the US has caught several Chinese spies but lets not kid ourselves that there aren't still Chinese spies in the US.

Plus even if spies are mostly eliminated most of the top secret information is not directly stolen by spies. It's leaked by people with access to it who want to make a quick buck. This kind of people will always exist anywhere in the world. If someone is willing to pay for a certain information, somebody else is probably willing to sell it to him.

You're not alone. It looks like the guys have changed their pricing a while back and now they charge bigger transaction fees. Check this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/4o9mmd/bitgo_takes_35_fee_for_1_transaction/

When I was little I wanted to become a truck. Obviously that wasn't going to happen so I decided to become a paratrooper. I am now studying industrial engineering and working at a call center. In the end I decided it would be wise if I simply get rich, so I came here.

I pity these guys once Duterte gets to work with them. This actually plays perfectly for him, now he can take town their whole organization and raise even more support from the public. It almost sounds a bit too good to be true, like maybe it's something staged like the coup in Turkey.

Re: How Do You Buy Your Bitcoins?
by
MonsieuPanda
on 22/05/2017, 08:51:32 UTC
I often buy them in person from a guy. I value my anonymity and this is in some ways more anonymous than buying from an online site, because you meet in the street you give him hard cash and he just sends BTC to your address from say an ipad, and does it right in front of you. No trace of the purchase is left, everything is done there on the street without electronic logs or anything. In the end the only thing that can be traced is a simple BTC transaction between two addresses which might as well be a spontaneous gift you've received from a random internet stranger.

If you have little to none English education, I suggest you start from somewhere with maybe Duolingo at least or even better something that's in your native language. At the same time with this simply use the internet as potently as you can. Watch lots of youtube videos, read lots of text, hang around here in BTT. This will give you tons of practice. You'll see how it gets clearer and clearer what we're talking about. Hope you can understand this somehow or at least google translate it.

Re: Erdogan Goons Were Told To ‘Attack’ Protesters
by

The current American president (Donald Trump) is very sympathetic to the Kurds. They should make the maximum advantage out of this, and demand an autonomous state for the Kurds in South-east Turkey.

Erdogan would never agree to this and would more likely repeat the Armenian genocide on the Kurds than give them independence. However maybe if they can figure something out with Iraq and Syria and create an autonomous Kurdistan there Turkey will be more likely to agree to some compromise. As it is now they don't even acknowledge the existence of the Kurdish ethnic group.

Re: 15yo girl raped by 3 migrants (afghan and somali) in little austrian town

I think it is Germans that have this "We are not Nazis" type of guilt.  They have been accepting non-Germans (Jews, Russians, Turks, Afrikans) like there is no tomorrow.  And now they are trying to tell the world we love Arabs/Muslims too.

Germany hasn't really been a real sovereign country ever since WWII. It's been more like two big petri dishes where the east and west do their experimental projects with socialism, multiculturalism, globalism and the like. However while the allies erased German nationalism from existence, they didn't do that with German ingenuity, attention to detail and workaholism. This meant that while the country as a whole lacks any instinct of self preservation or even a hint of national pride it would still be the biggest and strongest economy in the EU, and in the EU that's what it takes to lead the way for all the other countries.

Which leads us to the situation today. We have a nation that's literally like a house of hardworking well educated people who own very expensive stuff: cars, electronics, jewelry, art, but have no fence, no doors, no locks or any other means to protect themselves or their possessions and this nation decides what the rest of the European nations shall do when confronted by the migrant crisis.

Re: Cheapest country in Europe to buy and own a car...

Buy a used car car from Germany/Italy for example and drive it in Eastern Europe. This way you buy the car yourself, so you don't pay to dealers who import it, and taxes in Eastern European countries are very low.

Re: Any good horror movies recently ?
by

on 14/05/2017, 00:12:51 UTC
The whole genre is in decline. There were times when horrors were really horrors. Nowadays they are just cheap turds that the industry pops out like out of a conveyor belt. Guess cause of the inherent relative cheapness of the whole genre, everyone thinks they can get in, make a horror and score some quick bucks. It's just sad.

That and also most of the original ideas seem to have been tried already during and before the 80s.
