Can you please explain or confirm whether you are from blockcypher team or not? Because your telegram is saying so, it raises a concern. If you are from blockcypher, that's fine. But if you aren't (which I believe and very much likely), why on earth anyone would use the username of another company? Only impersonating scammers do that. Prove that you are from blockcypher or you are a scammer.

Based on this kind of response I don't think you're someone who people can deal with, instead of addressing the allegations you used foul and bad words something that will not help your cause and you did not mentioned what's the purpose of your offer and if there's incentives involved since you are going to use their time, its no use contacting OP the bad feedback and the way he answers only shows his character, not to be trusted.

2. OP is using different telegram than he used back in the day.
3. Current telegram username says he is from blockcypher.com, the popular explorer. I doubt OP is involved with blockcypher.

All these creates flag!! If you are going to contact him, be aware about potential scam plan of OP.

He already get red tagged and flagged, more importantly he create self moderated thread, I think it's already a complete sign that anyone should beware about him, especially bought an illegal stuff. Ukraine and Russian citizen get sanctions, but he offer to sell accounts that can be used from those country. I wouldn't do anything about this user, however you're seems to be a scammer to based on your neutral tag.
