Good day everybody,

We are super sorry for the ridiculous wait for any replies from us.

Not to be on the hunt for excuses, but there have been many changes in our company, one of which is the people who managed the community during the ICO. Today it is different people, and different responsibilities. This bitcoin talk post kind of washed away throughout all the changes, and it only became apparent recently that there were still comments and questions - we are really sorry for this wait, and for the way this makes us look.

It has been a rather busy year, since we changed the plan a little due to restrictions in locations, newer equipment, BTC prices and more. Here are some key points:

1) Today, we are operational with our first phase of miners having been online since November 2019. We are in progress with the order for the second phase of equipment that will take us up to our 11MW initial target.

2) We are currently updating the web site to include a separate ICO section, that will include a live dashboard, figures, and some other cool items which we are yet to announce.

3) We produced an inaugural report earlier this year, which covers all the important info from the start of our ICO to the date at which the report was published. It can be seen here: https://www.moonlite.io/inaugural-report

4) We have published our first quarter financial/mining results, which can be seen here: https://www.moonlite.io/results-q1-20

5) There have been some changes to the token economy, which are also detailed in the updates section of our site.

6) It is important to note that our original whitepaper and plan is materially unchanged. we are still rolling out in the way in which we planned, be it with some changes to the team and some minor other adjustments.

Now that we are a running business, there are still some issues to deal with. this is our plan:

1) Marketing - we will be working on releasing new marketing (this has started already) and a renewed social media presence - in order to boost interest and traffic

2) We are working with some better exchanges that offers more visibility, presence, and volume. combined with marketing and payouts, we expect to see tokens increasing in price.

The other big issue for us is the bounty and bounter payments :

1) As we elaborated on previously, and in the bounty post, we had some issues with the bounty manager. We used Atriz and he was outsourced - not part of our team, we found him through recommendations on this site

2) Our ICO ended in March/April 2018, and the tokens for the bounters were sent to Atriz (outsourced bounty manager) within approximately 2 weeks of our ICO ending. we shared the link to etherscan, where it can be seen that 1,000,000 MNL were sent to atriz at the requested address (also shared) - from this time, we never saw any action on his part. it seemed that he was taking an awful long time to compile the distribution lists

3) When we checked again, approximately 300,000 tokens were sold on the exchange.

4) after some time and much fighting, atriz returned 700,000 tokens (+-) back to the team.

5) at this point, someone from our team worked with some people from the bounty/sig campaign thread to finish the distribution lists. with their help, our team managed to sort that out.

6) Our team then found what we thought was a reputable engineer to assist us with the token distribution for a second time. Except this time, we insisted that they did the distribution in batches and that we never send them more than 100,000 MNL at one time, in order to minimise losses if something similar happens again.

7) After some time, a distribution took place, and we got feedback that there was some fundamental issue with our smart contract that prevented a token airdrop. the failed transactions produced something like 0.00000000000000009 MNL to be sent to everybody. again, this feedback and the transaction hash (tx) was shared on the bounty thread.

8.) we later found out that this was nonsense, and that the 100,000 - (less some fraction of 1 MNL) were also sold on the exchange and the person deleted their telegram profile.

It can be seen in our inaugural report that we included this issue of bounty payments. we reported the problem ourselves instead of hiding it or trying to ghost everybody. It can also be seen in the report that our team actually contributed the balance of the tokens required to honour payments, and these tokens have been safely stored in a special wallet., from there they can be distributed or where they can earn dividends (eth) which can then be easily distributed.

There are some new services around, that enable web based mass erc-20 token payments. we are exploring these options to allow us to finally distribute these tokens.

Unfortunately, we are in fact sitting with this issue of non-payment for our bounters - THIS WAS NOT INTENDED, AND NOT BY DESIGN - and we are trying our best to find an actionable solution. All the related info has been posted some time ago (when the previous team member was online last) in the bounty thread.

As for our business, we are doing great:

The MoonLite Project has achieved a first quarter Revenue of USD 781,736.01 with EBITDA standing at USD 205,013.53 or 24.88% after mining a total of 93.46 BTC.

The total accumulated Token-Holder Benefit (Dividends) at 31 March 2020 stands at USD 91,705.20 and is reserved for distribution in accordance with our Return on Capital Investment (ROI) Policy.

This amount constitutes around 39,98% of total dividends paid and/or attributable to token holders of tokenised mining companies, Globally, Combined!

Another fun fact, MoonLite has as of end March 2020, generated more than 72% of the global mining revenue from tokenized mining companies, after just 4 months.

We have maintained out TG Channel here: https://t.me/mnlupdates

In this post, we pledge to maintain this thread once again, and we will reply to any constructive questions or info requests timeously (maybe not within 5 mins, but there will be a reply) - We have been FUD attacked throughout mid-2018 to mid-2019 and won't be replying to any sort of FUD or smear campaign messages.

We thank you for your support and hopefully we can renew some interest in our business here. We have made many great moves in our business, and produced a lot of positivity amongst our nearly 1000 token holders. we hope we can generate the same support and interest in here too, although it has been a really long time since replying to posts. We are of course not without our fair amount of skirmishes, failures, and problems, but we are still here and working harder than ever towards success!

We thank you In advance for your positive comments.

Interesting project! Does the team have any existing capabilities in crypto mining?

I would not be too keen to invest in this project, because they cannot even figure out how to pay the people who helped them in their bounty campaigns. I thought this was a great project, until I stumbled onto this thread, where people were complaining about their payments that has not been done for months now.

The best thing for these people are just to pay out the Bitcoin value of these tokens and be done with it, because this is turning into a embarrassment and a show of incompetence now.

I am glad that I decided not to buy tokens during the ICO, because these people look very unprofessional.  Roll Eyes

Hi,

That statement is a little unfair.

1. We paid several BTC upfront in order for our bounty camp to be run in a professional and trustworthy manner. This ended up being a sham, as the tokens which were sent to the bounty manager, Atriz, within like 2 days of the ICO ending were nearly stolen by them/him - the team eventually managed to get them paid back to us - we found out (after the fact) that he had never attempted to even distribute them

2. This issue arose as we were preparing for the build of our first DC. We had to scramble to try and make a plan for the distribution, even though not a single person on our team even knew how the bounty worked. spreadsheets were incomplete, we never knew if items on the sheet were real of fake, we had no way of working though this. Bounty is not our speciality, and we had to try (with the help of the community and some bonters/sig members) work out how to finish this. we eventually completed this, and published the new spreadsheets --- we allocated everybody the stake They applied for, because we could not check up on 21,000 transactions --- we know there were some liars and cheats, but we paid them anyway (sound much like a scam?)

3. when we appointed a dev (and paid 20ETH) for the contract and distribution ((this was majorly overpriced, but we did it anyway, just to try and help the counters get their tokens faster-- do we sound much like a scam/cheats??)) we found that there was a technical issue with the airdrop syncing up. this is the issue we are trying to fix, and this is the sole hold-up on the distribution.

4. the team, and our CEO has promised the bounters their tokens. the tokens are locked in a dedicated wallet, ready to be airdropped as soon as practically possible. we are not trying to hold back tokens, or rob anybody of their rightful earnings. we believe in our project and the value of the tokens, and therefore want them to be sent out to everybody who worked for them.

it would be much appreciated if people could cut us some slack, and allow us to work through this, without FUD-ing our thread.

*****

As for the project, and the build:

1. we are in progress - start date has moved 3 weeks to beginning of Sept due to a change in equipment orders which was necessary to accommodate for increased mining difficulty and lower market prices. This was run through our community telegram group and channels, and "approved" en mass.

2. our first phase is larger (in terms of mining capacity) than planned, meaning more mining yields.

3. we are also developing a 35MW miner co-location business in the USA.

4. To answer @Shayesmiles question, we have 18MW available at the moment, which we are filling up with our own miners (moonlite project) ; and 35MW in the works in the USA - this will only be online in the next 3 months or so.

**Slight Update***

1) We are making changes to our web site, which is now offline. the newly re-designed site will be back online by Friday at the latest, with a few surprises in store for our community. web site has not changed, and is still www.moonlite.io

2) The new web site for the co-location division of our corporation will be live at roughly the same time (www.minercolo.io)

3) We are struggling to get the airdrop contract for the bounty and referral payments to sync up. this should be resolved in the next few days, and we have 2 people working flat-out on this

Thanks to everybody for the patience and support. we will be operational in the next short while!!

Good day everybody,

with the help of @freugreeds, we have managed to get the signature campaign payments calculated correctly - Thank you @freugreeds !!!

Bounty spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lj8qMIzjaGlw7njpzcjr7FuxtofhhZ9knbDxrL0CZaw/edit?usp=sharing (facebook & twitter included)
Signature Camp spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kiYQHmlowS1eaMzE3WeE-qpUw-BNJ5xO9qHoHRt6MlE

we are battling with the airdrop contract, but hope to have things sorted out soon, where we will then be able to send out nearly 21,000 transactions to everybody!

thank you for your support, and patience.

Attention Bounters,

again, this is the link to the final spreadsheet for BOUNTY : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lj8qMIzjaGlw7njpzcjr7FuxtofhhZ9knbDxrL0CZaw/edit?usp=sharing (Facebook + twitter included)

many were asking for this for some reason, and saying that they did FB and twitter work etc, and have not been allocated tokens/stakes for that. This is obviously wrong, as that is now included in this spreadsheet which has been up on BCT for like 4 weeks already, in this thread.

also, please note that you got 1 stake PER WEEK for social media. if you did 10 weeks, you got 10 stakes, in 10 separate payments that can be seen the fist tab of the spreadsheet - hence, you may only see your address once. if you scroll down, you will see it again, and again, for as many weeks as you worked.

put another way, your tokens have not been totaled up into 1 payment.

****

we are waiting on the dev for the airdrop contract to get these payments done. there have been some technical issues, which is why everybody got 0.0000000009MNL (this is clearly an error)

we hope to get this nonsense finalized ASAP.

Hi,

Just an update.

The developer creating our airdrop contract is having an issue integrating the 2 contracts.

We are working as fast as we can. However, these negative comments are becoming a little hard to deal with. several hundred people received 0.000000009 MNL - this is obviously not correct, but it should show that something is happening, and that we are trying.

Our team will post updates as and when there is something to report on.

We are dealing with a HUGE mess, that is not our fault, and we are trying our best. Those who wish to complain, and knock down our efforts should remember 2 things - we paid another organization to do the management and payment of the bounty and sig camps. we paid upfront, and made the tokens available weeks before they were due to be sent out. we can easily hide behind this and ignore the bounters by providing the default "go speak to atriz" excuse. however, we did not do that. we took over not knowing a single thing about how the bounty worked, and tried our best to honor someone else's commitment. we paid earlier than due date... atriz dropped the ball, and it is him who you needed to get your tokens from... it is his commitment to you that has been broken, not ours.

the whining and consistent negative comments are really become a lot to deal with.

the other thing to remember is that we have been more than fully funded, and our first DC is a few weeks from being ready... you're welcome to say "scam" and "failed project" - it doesn't change the fact that our project is flying - we are no longer a concept.

Just want to check something. There was several methods to earn MNL tokens {Example Bounty campaign and a separate

signature campaign -- See this --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2712518.0  ... I checked your Spreadsheet and I

only see a tab for Content Campaign / Telegram Campaign / Email Campaign / Translation Campaign / Twitter / Facebook and

not the Signature campaign. I thought the Signature campaign was listed under the Content Campaign, but I do not see my

username there. {Kprawn}

This is the Spreadsheet for the Signature campaign :

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VzHGicT7YgeuDMxQ1P2pnCkeQT8lG9llLiMYZKi4SKU/edit#gid=1652843929

Sorry to be a pain in the #$%, but I am really interested in this project and I want to make sure that it is not overlooked.

Hi,

thanks for that link.

as far as we can understand, the payments owing to signature campaign members are to be paid in BTC, right?

we paid over around 3BTC in total to Atriz, at the start of Jan, Feb, March respectively. this included the BTC for the sig members, and his fees. If needed, we can provide the emails from him stating the amounts, and the transaction numbers (hash's)

after seeing your comment here, we have tried to contact him for a refund (less the few payments as seen in the spreadsheet) - we hope we can get back the BTC, and we can then process these payments to you.

we are sorry that you are still waiting for this. please believe that we are committed to sorting this out honestly, where many others would just pass the Blame on and walk away.

MNL Team

*UPDATE*

heard back from atriz. he tells us that the BTC payments were all done, and that its only the tokens that need processing. he will finalize the token allocations in the same spreadsheet as you shared, and we will add it to the list for payment.

Interesting. Could you please explain more why your mining process is green. I have read through the information but didn't understand this point. And it's also very suspicious to see that low trust level of the advertiser.

Good day,

1) we started a brand new account here on bitcoin talk, with 0 trust/ratings etc - we opted not to purchase an established account
2) Our project is "green" because we use 100% renewable/clean energy - specifically geothermal and hydro electricity. We produce a 0 carbon emmission directly and indirectly.

for more info, you can see our white paper on our website (www.moonlite.io)

hope this helps!

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING BOUNTY:

Thanks to a bounty participant who contacted us, and supplied us with the link to the Facebook and twitter spreadsheets, we have been able to add those stakes to the payment schedule.

It is very important to note that the MoonLite team DID NOT have anything to do with the bounty program, management, nor the creation of the spreadsheets. We simply took over the token distribution process when it became evident that the tokens would probably never be sent out (by the bounty manager)

Please note these points:

* we have calculated the tokens per stake as per the original plan as seen on the first post on this thread
* we have applied 1 stake per line - its your lucky day to those entries which should be rejected. we do not have the know-how or resources to check/follow up on each of over 20,000 entries
* the only lines which have 0 stake applied, was done by atriz - we assume that those items never met the requirement.
* wallet addresses which have been incorrectly submitted have been removed - no payment for these lines is possible
* PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE/EDIT THE TOKEN ALLOCATIONS - TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST CHANGES/UPDATES/CORRECTIONS - we will not be able to respond

The final payment spreadsheet can be seen here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lj8qMIzjaGlw7njpzcjr7FuxtofhhZ9knbDxrL0CZaw/edit?usp=sharing

The distribution wallet address is: 0x2155b8bA29900249b84c4C168f4d5E0747B5B3e5

Notes:
* There are 20,210 transactions to process
* 658,657 tokens to be distributed
* Distribution of these tokens will commence immediately. We will provide the dev who is creating the airdrop contracts with 100,000 tokens (in the above wallet) at a time to avoid any large scale theft, or any issues which we have previously had to deal with.

We want to thank everybody for the incredibly hard work done to promote our project. Until we saw this spreadsheet, we had no idea how much work has gone into this by the bounters.

Again, we are committed to honoring our promise to the bounters who assisted with our project.

eventually we heard back from him, where our founder flipped.

we distributed 1m MNL tokens to atriz on/around 21 March.. like 300k tokens were paid to some Bounters (translators)

HE REFUNDED US 700K TOKENS BACK

we will be taking over the bounty distribution this week.

sorry for causing more trouble, it was unintended.

Hi again,

RE: BOUNTY

Our team has come across some negative information related to our bounty manager, and have discovered various reasons for the delay of the bounty payments which are no longer acceptable to us.

We have recalled (and received back) all of the bounty tokens which we paid over to Atriz.. these are the tokens you have been waiting for.

Our team has had the smart/airdrop contracts created already, and we will be paying over the bounty tokens to the bounters OURSELVES.

We can now promise that tokens will be paid during the course of 23/24/25 may, as we are now no longer waiting for someone else to make this happen.

You can view the spreadsheets here:

sig campaign: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VzHGicT7YgeuDMxQ1P2pnCkeQT8lG9llLiMYZKi4SKU/edit#gid=1652843929

bounty: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vzV5UbGebhTcQqKt-YbNf4MruSj1T56ZvWWmNrPqI84/edit#gid=519574122

***please note that the team was not involved in the bounty/sig camps, and have no knowledge of how it worked. we will be distributing tokens as per these spreadsheets, and will not be able to make changes to allocations.

Keep up to date with things as they happen on telegram:

Group: https://t.me/moonliteico

We apologies for the delay in the distribution.... and have been let down ourselves, but we are committed to ensuring everybody gets their payments.

This is absolutely ridiculous! We have been made fools of !!!! just read Atriz's apology post!

Our team has given Atriz around 3BTC in upfront payments since early Jan'18 (for sig campaign members) and 1,000,000MNL tokens like 50+ days ago, to be distributed to the bounters who took part in our campaign.

we spent significant time dealing with him, and making sure he was the right person for the job! everything looked like it was going great... until a few days ago, where telegram msgs go unanswered, and we can no longer see the last time he was online..

now, we have to approach our community and bounty people (to whom we were defending atriz like 6 hours ago still) and let them know that we have all been ripped off???

We have never seen a spreadsheet, never thought to look for it.. promises of bounty distributions have never materialized, promises of sending the team a spreadsheet of participants has never materialized....

how do we even go forward? our team will gladly (not really, but still) use our own tokens to pay the people who we owe for bounty/sig, but we have no idea where to start??

Hi everybody,

it is concerning to us that the bounters and sig members have not yet received their promised tokens/btc. We appointed Atriz, who we understand and still believe, is a top bounty manager with a great track record.

the team at moonlite did not manage the campaign, or have any knowledge of its workings. Here is some info, which I hope helps:

1) sig campaign was billed and paid in BTC (to the manager) upfront (payments in beginning of Jan & Feb & Mar, for the whole month) - it is our understanding that this BTC gets paid to the sig members accordingly, and that this is taken care of by Atriz. From our side, the whole cost of each month was settled in full, upfront.

2) the bounty camp worked the same. Atriz runs the camp, and tokens are paid to the bounters accordingly. here are the tx hash's for the payment of the bounty tokens to Atriz so that they can be distributed, please note the dates:

- 0xee58ac823b6289c226d86eda81ffcf699b354a157fbef3aa23900de135e0e8cf
- 0x8e53a71f9dbf91cf4ce175a547ba6c81a80ff3e0d6de518d2848675fb0798fd0

1m tokens were paid over 37 days ago.. (the first payment of 50,000MNL was a test to confirm)

** it is very disappointing to see someone on our thread mention that they were interested in investing until seeing the bounters/sig members complaining on our thread. As the team, we have been in communication with Atriz to get things finalized ASAP, as we are an honorable organization, and never want a good reputation tarnished by 'non-payment of commitments' **

We also understand that there is a tremendous amount of tx's that need to be processed from by the manager, and that this does take time. it is a semi-manual process at best, and it is not reasonable to expect this to be completed in an instant, but as a team, we remain committed to getting this issue sorted out, and to ensure that everybody gets their tokens/btc

we ask for your patience, and trust. As a project, we have had a successful ICO, even in trying times, and the project is progressing normally.

Good day to all the community members and people who wrote on this thread.... I must apologize for taking this long to reply, I normally received a notification about a new comment on the thread. Not sure why this was missing this time around...

due to limitations on the number of replies I can do in a certain amount of time, I will combine all answers in this reply, and the team will monitor our ANN thread far more closely in future..

@btcthor : again, sorry for the wait. Iceland allows exemptions to IT and similar projects that meet certain requirements (we do) - the IT equipment is exempt from VAT or import duties (effectively 0% Tax) & corporate income tax is capped, irrespective of revenue - there are no maximum / minimum thresholds.

Our income from presale and ICO was around $9m , and additionally we received around $21m in large scale institutional investment in many forms (direct investment to the project, bank guarantees for suppliers, property purchase guarantees, and other instruments such as credit lines for IT equipment etc) - our capitalization model is fairly complex, as we could no longer rely on 1 smart contract address to get 100% of our funding. in these tough ICO times, we would have failed if it were not for being more dynamic in our offering/approach

we made certain deals with large scale investors that allowed them unseen security and liquidity inside of the deal, such as bank guarantees presentable to our suppliers who require guarantees - the net result is we did not have to fork out our ICO earnings on these commitments.

I would like to re-itterate:

- our project has been funded successfully, and we are proceeding as planned
- our token is trading on fork delta (ether delta too, but more slowly) - (https://forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/0x0d62dc6cd8c81dca8caadccf01ffe7c1f31d9402-ETH)
- all pre-sale tokens have been successfully distributed to the contributors
- our bounty tokens have been sent to the bounty manager, and are currently being distributed to the bounters.
- we are working with 3 other exchanges, but will be holding a vote amongst the token holders as to how we will proceed with this - more info in the newsletter mentioned next;
- SEE OUR MOST RECENT NEWSLETTER FOR MORE DETAILED INFO ON THE PROGRESS OF OUR PROJECT, YOU CAN EVEN SIGN UP Wink - https://mailchi.mp/f13262116868/ready-set-go-data-centre-here-we-come

we are super grateful to the community for embracing our project, as without this, we would not have been funded to the levels we see today. Any talk of Moonlite being a scam is not even worth replying to - my suggestion would be to start saving for your trip to Iceland in Aug'18, where you can come and visit the DC, and see it with your own eyes. I don't think a little "reply" on BCT would suffice in this case

Hi everybody, just some answers to the questions to date:

@Zorbaks , great, thanks for the support. you can easily contribute at sale.moonlite.io

@coinfreak2018 , we have had law firms inside and outside of the US involved in the legal consulting of our ICO and offering. through their advise, and the advise of our advisors, we have elected to keep the process of participating in our as simple and paperless as possible. we are also not contravening any laws by doing so... we have excluded US citizens from our ICO terms and conditions, but we have also spent a great deal of time ensuring that our offering is strictly NOT a securities based offering, so it should actually be quite safe still. we of course do allow accredited investors to participate, and we collect that documentation separately.

@paulmaritz , we respect your opinion. every step of our timeline and rollout process, including all financial and token allocation processes are independently audited. these results will obviously always be made public. you were asking for registration info about companies that are still in the process of registration in their respective jurisdictions, so we are not yet prepared to release this info (unofficial) in an informal environment like BCT. this info will be finalized and made available for everybody to see on our web site and in an official press release. you were also asking for registration info for private companies not related to the MoonLite project. lastly, the theft of public funds is not a threat form our side, but we can obviously understand that there have been many scams around, and that people should be cautious.

Thank you to everybody for your support! Speak soon!

Good day everybody, thank you for your overwhelming support. I will attempt to answer all questions here:

@laurenB7742 - I am not at liberty to talk about another project which I am not familiar with. 15% is a relatively small percentage anyway you look at it. we have pegged profit distribution to token holders at 35% as we also have an aggressive expansion policy and we feel that this is the best ratio that allows for generosity and expansion to run hand-in-hand. it may also be worthwhile comparing capacity and expected output. 50% of a smaller project may be less than 35% of a larger project. lastly, we allow our token holders to vote on this ratio 4 monthly.

also, does this mining operation have a 12 year fixed base price for their energy?? Wink

@jtalk - we have attracted more than $5m worth of investment at our top bonus tier which would otherwise have been forfeited. this was the plan all along. some ico's offer much more than that too. from 1 February, we reduce all bonuses to 50%, irrespective of size.

@paulmaritz - as seen in my previous post, the 2 companies (for this project) are in registration in their respective jurisdictions. you are welcome to email me at eric@moonlite.io to request any information of this sort, as it is sensitive info and should not be broadcast in a public setting - however we are willing to provide this info on a case by case basis to interested parties. I own interests in a company names EMK Capital - is non party to this project, and is not related in any way to the company you speak of.

we are really blown away with the support received for our project. phase 1 has had a terrific response, and the final numbers for this phase will be released in a press release, as well as via this thread, social media, and email newsletter (sign up on www.moonlite.io)

In addition, why do you state "Pentahash Mining is a newly formed company, which operates in the crypto-currency mining space. We have procured the equipment for the first roll-out phase for our first data center. Pentahash will shortly be, and will remain the largest crypto-mining operation in Africa with the following capacity" here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/eric-krige-0b04bb32/

This while it is stated here that "Our mining operations will not have significant market share in global mining operations; however will be the largest mining operation in South Africa, we will easily be able to expand further due to the excellent and lively nature of the operation": https://medium.com/@lalurieno/moonlite-operates-in-crypto-currency-mining-space-to-start-mining-bitcoin-bitcoin-cash-dash-cd59e9245cd6

In other words, my question is: Which of the two companies and/or projects are going to be the largest, Pentahash Mining or MoonLite?

Furthermore, where can I find more information pertaining to EMK Bulk Carriers and The Capitevo Group?

Thank you for your time and effort in this regard.

Hi Paulmaritz,

thanks for your 2 comments.

By rights, the linked-in profile of Eric Krige needs to be updated, so thank you for this. Pentahash was actually the genesis to the MoonLite Project, when we first planned to do it in SA as a private project. As the project scope grew and we realized what we could create, we exited from this original plan due to several factors ranging from political stability, energy prices, energy supply etc, and pentahash was downgraded to a non-project, while we focused on MNL. the equipment is privately owned and operated, and is of no direct interest to the MNL project. the equipment will ultimately be merged into the main data centre as part of MNL (at no cost), and pentahash will be terminated. the important thing to note is that this was the testing ground for the systems, procedures, AI, custom codes and the like, that will be instilled in the MNL project.

in a way it was actually a very important development step, but I can understand the confusion, so I apologize for this.

EMK Capital (Pty)Ltd is a SA registered company, that holds the business interests of E Krige in SA. this is not related to MNL or the Capitevo Group.

The corporate structure for MNL is fairly complex, as we have to be compliant in many jurisdictions, and we have to provide token holder security. in short:

1)Capitevo Group is the holding company (in registration) - this owns all companies below it, relating to the MoonLite Project.

2a) A LLC still in registration in Iceland will own the physical operating equipment, leases, HR contracts and the like, and will function as the "operating entity" for the MNL project
2b) The data centre property and buildings will be purchased through another pre-registered Icelandic corporation to make the process shorter, less complex due to foreign land ownership laws, and reduces transfer taxes - in other words, the property we are buying is already in an LLC, we would effectively be buying the stocks in that company.

3) Capitevo Investments (in registration in 2 jurisdictions) is the investment arm of the group, and executes investments as per the whitepaper and token holder votes.

we have not elaborated on corporate structure as most would find this confusing and would tend to think down the path of "scam", but this is certainly not true. the structures are designed to provide security to token holder capital in the event of downside risk becoming prevalent, and to take advantages of tax laws, and to comply with multi-country laws in many jurisdictions. although not really elaborated on, this is something we have spend a great deal of time and money on, getting it "just right"

E Krige's linked in profile will be updated to prevent any further confusion. we hope this has answered your questions.

Hi again everybody, thanks for the great support. it is truly humbling to see how well the project is being received by the global community, and to see that our intentions are being received as intended.

This has caused sales to soar! we had 17,000,000 tokens allocated for presale, which were supposed to last about 8 weeks. these have been snapped up, and don't look as if they will last another 2 weeks. this is truly an honor! so thanks to everybody for that.

To address the so-called "points" as raised by @OGNasty:

I really do not know how you could draw these conclusions? there is nothing in the numbers, or white paper, or web site, or reality, from where you could possibly deduce this info? I can only imagine that these numbers were thumb-sucked to de-cred our project.

- the total team tokens are 5% of the total supply, locked up for 180 days. this is clear in the white paper, web site, graphs, token swap summary, everywhere? I am not sure where you see that the team has "allocated 83% of tokens to itself" ; nor are we "paying ourselves USD300,000" at any given point. the profit distribution allows for a small team bonus on an annualized, performance based bonus. THE INFO YOU HAVE PUT IN YOUR POST IS SIMPLY INCORRECT AND MISLEADING

- regarding "only 28% of funds go to equipment" - this is also incorrect. we are building our first data centre in 3 phases, just to be frugal. 100% of capital allocated to phase 1, 2, and 3 is used for equipment, construction and setup & retained cash. not $1 is spent on anything else. this is clear in our financial forecasts and Capex budgets on the investor section of our web site. to take this further, we are aiming for $30m-35m on for our ICO. only $12m is allocated for the first data centre. this is again, just for redundancy and to be safe with investor funds. this additional capital (USD28M+) is kept in cold storage until used for expansion. once our first DC is live, we are then in a position to expand with the capital we have raised and stored, instead of waiting for operational profits like pretty much any other mining operation (all expansion decisions and source of capital to be used are vote upon by all token holders) // by managing the cash reserves and deploying operations in a slow and controlled manner, we are preserving capital security, and not wasting public funds on "school fees" -- everything we do is audited and publicly reported on, and voted on where needed --

- setup costs are absolutely minimal, around 10% of capital spend during construction, not 45% - this is made up of construction costs and other costs directly related to equipment housing and installation.

- to correct you on your assumption on what we "expect" of our token holders. we expect nothing from anybody. investing in this ICO is totally voluntary. we use 100% of invested funds on equipment, setup, and the balance stays in cash/currency, and provide audits on every single step. we keep the business almost 100% liquid, and after month 2, 100% liquid (cash and unencumbered assets)  ; plus we mitigate risk on every possible level, from currency depreciation, energy, equipment, team, weather and more.. we promise security and transparency to everybody.

- Lastly, you mentioned that "by some miracle, we raise $2,55m" - well that was less than the first week's token sales. we will be sold out of presale tokens in the next 2 weeks or so at current rates - around 55% of the way through our presale phase. our seed round was oversubscribed by over 200% in the first week. we expect a full sellout of MNL tokens during our ICO, which may raise around $80m-100M (depending on bonuses paid) if we succeed.

- the maths that you have used to attack our project is fictitious, and frankly laughable. I could not even use those numbers as a means to comment, as they are so wayward, and 100% made up.

I feel that this thread is heading in the wrong direction, and although I invite qualified questions, to which will be answered as best we can, I ask you to please cease this fruitless line of trying to shoot imaginary holes in our project. we have done everything in the spirit of transparency and blockchain. it is actually disappointing to be reading your write ups.

**** AT THIS POINT THE MNL TEAM, MOONLITE PROJECT, AND ALL ASSOCIATES, EMPLOYEES, ADVISORS AND AGENTS HERBEY RECUSE OURSELVES FROM THIS LINE OF COMMENTING - ANY FURTHER COMMENTS, FICTITIOUS NUMBERS, ANGLES OF ATTACK AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH @OGNASTY WILL BE IGNORED. WE WILL NO LONGER BE RESPONDING TO COMMENTS IN THIS SUBJECT/LINE****
