People apparently forget that if something very bad happens, whether it is a global war or a major natural disaster, we can expect that there will be serious disruptions in communication or, better said, an interruption of the internet. If that happens, the things that will be most valuable will be food, drinking water, and medicine, and of course, means of self-defense.
Of course, we should not be pessimistic, just realistic and prepare in time for every possible scenario.
Today, due to the advancement of technology and the ease of access to the internet, people have become highly dependent on the internet. The internet has now become an integral part of many people's lives.
But due to our addiction to technology, we often forget that the basic needs of human life, such as food, medical care, and shelter, are the most important. Although the internet is a necessary medium, it cannot be a substitute for the basic needs of life.
If someone is short of food, has no medical care, the internet cannot provide a permanent solution.
So we need to strike a balance. Use technology for knowledge, communication, and progress, but prioritize basic needs.
