Ethereum withdrawal Problems  - HOLD FUNDS TO WITHDRAW - 41940

Dear Team Bitlish, I've acted on your email saying only to withdraw from the website and not the app till the 11th of December, yet that also don't work.

Please will you address the Auto Withdrawal Function asap, but in the meantime action my withdrawal as per my tickets logged.

It's over 2 hours now and yet nothing happened and in the meantime the price is fluctuating.

Your current solution makes it very difficult to do business with you and is totally counter the great things like low % and high limits you offer.

I unfortunately have to post this in order for the public to be alerted to these type of issues.

Please resolve my situation asap?

On page 1 of this thread you post that you are available 24/7. I'd like to challenge this statement as I have a critical withdrawal error on ETH as I type and yet I logged 2 calls (1 app and 1 web) and phoned your office number +44 20 3807 0844 Bitlish Ltd, Phone: with zero answer on any. In the meantime the price is fluctuating and I don't know if I'd get my issue resolved before having to suffer severe impact on price volatility.

Please will you be so kind to assist so I can tell everybody that you guys are the best.
