Still, I agree with you that tokenmetrics make everything more comprehensive, so we will try to include them in our platform's new version as soon as possible. We are trying to offer services one at a time. We have considered the investment fund as a possibility, but we prefer to concentrate on the information platform and the exchange first.

We are looking into this possibility, yes, but since the technology needs to evolve a lot more in our opinion (in terms of transactions speed, liquidity, user-friendliness), we will most likely wait a few years before actually start developing such a product.

The pre-sale's soft cap has been reached and the funds from it are being currently used for extensive marketing and additional software development.

If the main sale's soft cap is not reached though, the ETH from it will be returned to the contributors.

Users have the chance to choose the source of the newsfeed based on their own personal preferences. While some people trust Bloomberg, others may prefer Cointelegraph or non-English websites such as Forklog or Criptonoticias. We are making sure that our users have as many options as possible.

Our exchange is not a decentralized one. And our market research shows that there is actually a lack of quality exchanges with great UX and UI out there.

We are already a company, which is officially registered in Bulgaria, but the exchange itself needs an additional registration. And in order to obtain the licence, one has to meet a capital requirement of 750,000 EUR. It is one of the main reasons for us to conduct the ICO in the first place. We have the developers, working on the exchange in the meantime and one of the products - the alpha version of the informational marketplace (soon to get a brand new redesign) is already out there. If the ICO is not successful and we don't reach the soft cap, then everyone will get their ETH back. If it is, however, then there is no risk of not getting the licence because we would have filled the most important requirement and we will initiate the legal process straight away.

Although we have team members from Belarus, the core team is Bulgarian. Our exchange has not been registered yet, as its development is still in an early stage, but it will be done in either Bulgaria or Georgia (the country, not the state). We will start off by trading crypto-currencies that we deem promising - I can still not disclose to you which they are going to be though. We need to look into every single angle of a project with our community researchers and platform experts before deciding whether it is worth being listed on the Otcritex or not. In the future, we would also want to introduce fiat to the exchange.

Hi, I understand your concerns, but Otcritex is really, in our opinion, the next step when it comes to exchanges. First of all, the database that we gather on the Otcrit Platform (upcoming forks & milestones, technical analyses, fundamental analyses) will be available on the exchange as well and will help traders make better decisions. Second, we are truly concentrated on the adoption of crypto in real life. We will be listing only projects with solid teams and business plans, the assets of which you can utilize to pay for actual services and products. There will even be links on the exchange itself taking users to the websites where the purchased tokens are accepted. The companies that we have allowed on the Otcritex will be tracked and if we see that a project is not living up to the promises that they make to their supporters, we will be temporarily delisting them. Our main concern is having distributed ledger technologies penetrate our daily lives instead of merely participating in any price speculations.
