Sepengetahuan saya, para pengurus bounty yang akunnya masih newbie itu adalah orang dari ICO tersebut. Selama bounty dan manager berjalan berkesinambungan dengan baik itu bukan masalah, tetapi bila antara manager bountydan pihak ICO tidak selaras dalam memberi tahukan informasi atau bahkan tidak transparan kepada para partisipan sih baru kita bisa protes kepada pihak ICO.

It all depends on your desire, we all know the ETH market is still unstable and tends to decline. I only give advice don't buy EH for now. But if you want to buy ETH now it would be better if you only buy a portion of your capital not entirely to minimize losses that might occur.

I agree with your opinion about ico it is completed. Also I think some of the things that led to the failure of an ico project are:
The number of rival projects that many investors leave the ico project and i think internal problems in an ico team can also cause an ico failure.

I think eth prices have not been able to reach such a price, because $15000 is a very big price and currently the price of eth is unstable and tend to be normal. So we have to be patient and wait for eth price to go up again.

Maybe they still believe that there will be price increases like last year. Last year the price of each crypto coin increased 100%, I also believe that bitcoin prices will also go up and it will happen at the end of the year.
