Мне кажется, разработчики проделали достаточно большую работу чтобы вот так просто скамнуться.
Поэтому, я считаю, что если кто-то хочет доказать в данном случае скам, то должен посчитать вначале понесённые затраты и предполагаемую прибыль от скама и публично озвучить цифры. В противном случае существует презумпция невиновности.
