does that mean she can't be a fraudster?

Did I appear to make that point? The question was asked so I answered it.

These two can more than afford to pay the bounty team all monies due.

Sorry if I got that impression. I have heard that argument before from them and since you came in with a newbie account I thought you could be just shilling for them. My apologies.

This is the EQUI team. This attack by Bounty members is totally outrageous and unjustified. Yes, we were forced to block many Bounty members from our Telegram community due to their extremely bad language, disgusting personal attacks on the Equi team as well as threats. We have a signed legal contract with Amazix which states that the Bounty deal was 2% of the money raised. After refunds, EQUI raised $500,000. Bounty people raised just under $2,000 from all of them combined, so it was a complete waste of time. As we are a reputable company, as a gesture of goodwill we were prepared to pay out on the $500,000 that was raised through our own network, as opposed to the $2,000 that the whole Bounty campaign raised! We are prepared to pay out to the Bounty campaign $10,000 so this represents more than a fair pay day. So you can see, we are paying the Bounty people way more than what they actually raised. This is why their whole programme doesn't work in the real business world!

If any of the Bounty community make up any lies we will instruct our lawyers to take action against you. If the Bounty community want to get angry with anyone it should be Amazix as they made promises that they never received sign off on by EQUI. It was EQUI that fired Amazix for poor performance, not the other way around. Our team did not handle the Bounty community. Our company has carried out everything in the proper and correct way with instructions from our lawyers. EQUI is full of extremely high profile Global successful entrepreneurs who have a track record of over 250 years between them in this industry. EQUI will be paying out as per our legal contract 2% of the total raise after refunds which is $10,000 even though the Bounty pay out should be less than $40.00 for what the Bounty people raised. The external agency appointed to audit the Bounty had to delete a lot of Bounty followers who were deemed to be fake. EQUI is a reputable and ethical company that always honours any legal contracts made. Please stop all this nonsense now. if you have any grievance at all, direct your frustrations at Amazix, who have badly let you and the EQUI team down.

There will be no more comments or discussion from EQUI. We are far too busy preparing for our massive Global launch.

So tell me, o your royal highness: why does the SECOND BOUNTY THREAD posted by COINFABRIC (after you were no longer working with AmaZix) also say you will pay 2% of the total token supply?

Baroness Mone of Mayfair is a real person...

https://twitter.com/MichelleMone

She was made a member of the House of Lords (UK Parliament Upper House) for life and has an OBE (Order of the British Empire). She was the business Tsar for the UK Government at one point.

She is a multi-millionaire and her co-founder partner is a billionaire.

does that mean she can't be a fraudster? Bernie Madoff was also a highly respected millionaire at a time.

Some bounty make a very nice presentation making it look like a good project .But yours is a complete comedy.

Some people learn how to write properly before posting some random crap in a forum. But you chose to add illiteracy to your rudeness.

Lewis answered this in telegram before

There is no 'minimum cap'. The level of demand we have received from pre-sale registrations already exceeds our projections and expectations, there is no concern regarding not achieving a sufficient level of participation in the SHP sale to deliver the platform/protocol according to the schedule outlined in our roadmap. In addition to SHP participation from the community, we are looking to onboard VC investment post-TGE, and have received enquiries to this end.

Thank you, that looks really good. I look forward to the launch  Smiley

What is the cap for this sale?

Hi MrAtom!

We're implementing a $10m USD hard-cap for the pre-sale, with the crowdsale hard-cap being undisclosed. The reason for this is that we're implementing "dynamic ceilings" during the live-sale, as pioneered by Status, to ensure an even distribution of SHP ownership and to make sure our governance and voting mechanism is not compromised by a concentration of SHP tokens in a few hands.

Therefore, we're advising larger contributors to join in the pre-sale, of which the first hour will be uncapped. We can tell you that the hard-cap of the crowdsale, and therefore maximum market-cap, will be between $60m and 90m USD.

We have committed to using anything raised above $45m USD for token liquidity. SHP tokens will be backed by the Bancor protocol, and we will calculate the exact reserve once we know how much we've raised. If there are excess funds above $45m USD and the Bancor reserve, we will reserve these to be used for additional liquidity in the future, as required.

Thanks,

Lewis

Thank you Lewis,

I like that you will be joining the Bancor universe as I'm also a Bancor investor and supporter  Smiley

Is there a minimum amount you need to raise to go forward with your venture?

I look forward to this sale, all the best!

Watch this youtube video, this guy runs a debt collection business legally in the UK.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUzlmWWdjEQ
You can find his contact information and stuff. If they can get you your bitcoins back, you can simply exchange it and pay them their shares.

Looks good, I found his website and he seems to be legit so I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

What about professional debt collector company? If all proofs are valid, just contact with them.
I used to work for one of the largest in the world, but unfortunately I am not resident in the UK.
They don't have office in UK, but they collect debts worldwide:
https://www.intrum.com/en/services/collection-services/worldwide-debt-collection/
They also have special fundation that can buy debts:
https://www.intrum.com/en/services/collection-services/debt-purchase/

Well the problem I see with Intrum, just as with going to court, is that they tendo to work for companies and debts where there is a legally binding contract. I'm not sure how they will react to this kind of debt in a vitrual currency where deals were agreed on in internet forums. Worth a try though, I guess.

Why would the debtor part with ~$150k if there is no contract, so no legal threat, and you allow no other approach to incentivize him?

What I mean is I don't want to get into trouble for harassing someone using illegal methods. But I know there are debt collectors who have unorthodox but legal and effective ways of cashing in on debts.
