I think this project is feasible to be monitored constantly, visible dev and team work seriously to develop this business hopefully project continues to run smoothly and success

For those in the unlucky situation of being stuck on a split chain and having a wallet that is not syncing and masternode that is not enabled:

On both the wallet computer and the vps hosting the masternode, go to the .giant/ directory and delete everything except
    

• wallet.dat (NEVER delete this)
• backups
• masternode.conf
• giant.conf

After that, restart the wallet and your masternode and wait for an hour or so for them to sync.

After that, I got rid of the syching issues.

@Giant developers: you are such a let-down when it comes to helping people here. Shame on you.

They are quite active in their Discord and Telegram channel. Especially when people need their technical expertise, they respond to them immediately and the people around those channels are also helpful if you have some questions regarding the MN. If you are looking for some updates regarding the wallet/coin itself, I think right now, they don't have any news to offer. They are doing something big in the background but the dev told us that they will definitely announce it once all the information are available.

I tryed to find solution for you, but you rather belive in emigrating towards non-existent project that spent a year for ICO and lives up on created hype alone. Too bad because smart contracts in Universa can provide new range of opportunities.

HODL doesn't work anymore and those who say HODL dump the coin first.
The problem with most masternode crypto is too much masternode reward. It seems like this should buy people in. get them to mine the coin and set up masternodes. Great. Then depending on the coin the reward usually grows with time so does the number of masternodes. The coin is mooning then unfortunately miners and masternode owners start taking the profit. All one by one dump the coin slowly bringing the price down. The coins seems less and less profitable so new investors skip it for a sake of other profitable coin. Price falls even further. Less people mine it, difficulty and hashrate drop. More rewards for masternode owner when other investors start selling masternodes so more dump and prices even lower. I have seen it so many times, countless. Mun, Tune, DSR, DIN, DNR, BWK, even Solaris which I love as the most stable of them all.
I think the solution is a healthy balance between the cost of the masternode and rewards, maybe automated reward system depending on the current coin market? Too many coins dumped - lower rewards? That would at least stabilise the prices long term.

This is the reason I don't own any masternode yet. Trading brings me a lot more and I don't believe in this masternode system, it is completely wrong at the moment. I will wait for a perfected balanced masternode coin to invest in.
