I think if you make deep research including learning the experience of the dev team and find out the potential advantage of this project, it is safe.there are lots of ICOs and their number increasing everyday. So there are some scams naturally. Thats why you need to search well before you investing in it.

Don't use all your money, that is too risky.  What if the market crashes for whatever reason, would you still be okay financially?  If not, you're risking way too much and will struggle to recover.  Only risk what you can afford to lose, rather than being greedy.

Its fine if the participants today of bounty campaigns are too many because it only means that the campaign is highly trusted so we can still believe that there will be ico's who are going to be successful in the future...

Right now, I'm planning to hold my coin for a while until the market stops correcting itself. I'm just waiting for its value to increase. Im sure that ethereum will pass that price but as of now its still not possible. Ethereum still in hibernate mode. It will go to its higher price but then it would go below. Many users use ethereum as its main cryptocurrency which is good. Also ethereum holds mostly of all ICOs, they use ethereum as their blockchain which is good. Maybe if im not wrong it would surpass in 4th quarter of year 2019-2020.

Nowadays a lot of people will like to argue that ICOs you are no longer good investmenst to put your money into because there are now a lot of scams out there. I agree with this but I also agree with the fact that despite so many scam coins being in the market right now there are still some projects that are very good to invest in with good coins that will last a while so you just have to find the right coins to put your money into.

Ripple is a popular coin, which is a by-product of technology used by many banking structures. The token is not used at work, but not everyone knows it and buys it, providing a steady demand. I do not recommend buying a ripple for a long time. This coin does not bring big profits to investors.

First you look for the bounty allocation to your desired bounty program, read the whole whitepaper, join telegram and ask the developers if you have any questions it shouldnt be a business minded whitepaper. If the team is real, then the project is more likely to be real.
