The b est advise I can give you is to learn to spend more time with your loved ones, like your friends and family or your significant other, and learn to appreciate it as if you are living your last few moments here on earth. When spending precious moments with your loved ones, you should always remember to not think about the negative thoughts or don't bring the negative vibes when you are going to meet them or when you are about to enter your home. Just leave it where it should be, if you are getting it from work or school, then leave it there. Bringing your negative vibes or negative thoughts to your home and loved ones will not do any good.

To answer your question, based on my personal experiences, for me drinking alcohol is a very good way for a healthy mind and body; but, you should always learn to limit and control your alcohol intake because alcohol is addicting and any kind of addictions does not do any good to yourself and to the people around you.
