Electra mobile wallets are out of service since january 1th - announced in late november. Unfortunately, they have only recently be pulled from Play-Store and Apple-Store.

Yesterday I recovered 3216000 ECA from my mobile wallet easily and sent back to CoinFalcon.

My question is what can we do when a transfert is complete on an exchange but not arrived on any wallet. (blocked somewhere on the network) ?
