Excuse me, what is "Proof of authentication post link", I found this when apply for Social media campaign?
That would be either the link to your social media account if you plan on being continuously active in our bounty or if you want to do a 1 time post you can post the link to the one time post there.

With the vast amount of violence in our schools, we've decided enough is enough. We want to see a change in the security of our educational institutions. There have been 142 school shootings in the U.S since the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting occurred on December 14, 2012. Many of you are asking yourself what is the solution? the transaction time is correlated to how much fees you are willing to spend. Assuming you did the normal fee it should go relatively quickly. If you lower the transaction fees then it can days even weeks technically for the transaction to go through.
Maybe right now cryptocurrency isn't looking great I just don't see why he thinks Bitcoin is a complete scam. Buffet hasn't really given any reason as to why cryptocurrency is a scam.

At the moment we are currently only trading on Etherdelta (https://etherdelta.com/#0x5d0fe1fbaed92e33877acc95b1b9272ebf50ec7e-ETH), there are a few trades near .00017 ETH/MURC which is close to $0.17 at current ethereum prices although we plan to begin at .0001 ETH($0.10). With only 17,760,000 coins we hope to exceed that value and beyond with the help of our fellow 'Muricans!

I personally think that is a stretch, I believe cryptocurrency will be a big part of how we transact. But there is still value in fiat currency.
