Mining is quite good, but only for some time ago, when the amount of coins was still high. But at the moment, trading also creates a small profit. Think about it, every day you only need 1% of profit, then you get 30% a month.

That may be good for your spare time. But for a passive income thanks to Bounty campaigns, it's not a good idea. Suppose that if everyone was a Bounty, who would buy them?!

I think it is unlikely. Crypto and Fiat will exist alongside. Crypto will not die, maybe in the future it will turn into another investment, but replacing the Dollar is impossible.
