Who are the people behind the NEM community fund? When was it decided that initial investor's unclaimed NEM belong to NEM community fund? Who have the right to make that decision without the investor's agreement?

Thank you all for the reply! I'm new on this. Just have interest to work on it later on. Don't know what to do yet. Thinking to learn a relatively widely used (or having such potential) language. Newbie on programming too.

I /am/ planning to counter-sue for damages. Anyone willing to have their name linked to this case is welcome to join that case I guess.
Still need someone who can give me solid legal advice in NY or someone who is willing to phone a lawyer on my behalf - calling a landline in the US is insanely expensive from here.
Come on ... shall we post about this in the main forum? surely we need to get behind this guy and help him out?? what about at the very least a collection pot to fund this guy getting some sort of legal representation?
Should we put this in the main section. This is bigger than coye this is a president for the entire crypt community??
