I just uploaded a new version of my Windows build of SILENTARMY v5:

https://mega.nz/#F!iwYQhI6S!2vl0D3jz3fH3-bZxHUurBg

This *should* work with NVIDIA cards.
If it doesn't, please let me know with as much information as possible.

Just says 'mining on 1 device' then nothing after that (AMD cards).

Litecoin is totally useless

For traders, LTC/BTC has always been a very popular pair on the big exchanges, that's why it's still relevant. Over 13 million dollars in trading volume in the past 24 hours is far from useless.

For non-traders or people who don't mine then I can see why they wouldn't really care about it.

If ethereum relies on memory bandwidth, how the heck are you guys coming up with these hashing estimates when it only has a 256-bit bus? I don't think it's going to be anywhere near 30mh.

It only has 2304 stream processors, a nano has 4096, how does this make it the same performance?

Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v4.4 (Windows/Linux)

I'm having issues with undervolting, if I set the core voltage lower before starting the miner it crashes the whole system, if I do it after starting the miner it's solid until there's a disconnect/ reconnect for whatever reason, any workarounds for this? Maybe set a high power limit? Thanks.

I've been testing undervolting on some 290x's, if i undervolt then start the miner the computer totally locks up, but if i adjust the voltage once the miner is running it seems fine?

may someone post 15.12 dll files for OpenCL ? thanks

Here you go, just extract and copy/paste files into folder with the miner.

Thank you, this worked for me!

Re: DualMiner Pre-Order Email?

According to the manufacturer:
Quote
This ASIC chip is built from a 152nm CMOS process

When they released the first batch for order they seem to have started shipping a few days later, but now per-orders with at least a month and a half waiting time is never a good sign having to wait too much! And then the delays start and then something else pops up and so on and so on, so be very careful

I believe they have the machines, but they need to spend at least a good month 'testing' them for their customers to make sure they work first Wink

Doesn't matter which calculator you use, they are all wrong, even using the proxy for better profits you're not going to earn that much. The price could go up again which would be nice, but I think the days of quick ROI for mining gear have already passed, the difficulty is pumping.

It annoys me that all of the pools estimated profits are not even close... ever... it's always about 25% less for me.

I mine on eth.nanopool and it's been stable for a while now.

I keep seeing weird connection errors too often the last day or so and now my earnings for the next payout are looking bad, took all my hash somewhere else for now.

It's obviously a bunch of machines pointing to 1 worker.

I made some changes and got my 290x cards working, I get 10mh/s x11 and 16mh/s Quark at stock clocks, not too shabby.

Could somebody plz share the config settings for quarkcoin with 7850/7950 cards?
thanks a lot!

I just use the same settings as x11 etc, but I change gpu-threads to 1, and worksize 256.

I wish there was a better quark kernel, it's still wayyyy slower than nvidia cards.
