Anyone else having trouble that miner is mining and working and its actually OFFLINE at pool (leafpool but yesturday same happened all night long i left my home pc with 1 gpu mining at f2pool and it miner only for 1-2 hours )? ..... I use HiveOS currently and 1 of the my rigs went offline at some point but it was working ....

also all extra parameters for Hive are ignored , if I add --oc1 miner doesnt even start at all . It just hangs at beginning and does nothing. Adding --show-shares etc etc --latency etc does nothing on hiveos . I tired one at line and all on one line , doesnt matter , miner is started without extra params

also please make an option to disable all the calls for nvml i guess and dont output any GPU info , we can see this info on main monitoring page..

Hi N0pr3s3n7,
we are looking into your offline worker problem.
Maybe it is fixed in the last miniZ build. We are unsure, since it is hard to replicate.

Because you need to manually delete the file (to avoid this), on your flightsheet write in
Installation URL: https://miniz.ch/hiveos/miniZ-1.3n1.tar.gz

About the options, it is odd what you describe. --oc1 might be related to your OC settings.

Regarding the nvml calls, we tested to remove nvml stuff and it made no difference.
This only happens every 10s, it has no impact on cpu usage, which is a separate problem that we are investigating.

Let us know if the new file helped.
Thanks!
Cheers

1. Did u change name on start up ? Im not sure if I am using 1.3n1 or 1.3+ . I reinstalled with custom-get but still ? Also 1 more thing custom-get from HiveOS doesnt get httpS links , it should be http.

2. How is --oc1 related to OC settings ? what about --oc2? When should you use them and by what OC settings(like how does oc1 or oc2 help by card consuming power in W ? is it like using oc1 with card consuming less then 65 % of PL and oc2 for rest or ?) with --oc1 i am trying to use low power OC with max coreclock (till card crash) and - memory , such as  +150 / -1000 for example

3. also setting constant voltage to card seems a lot better but my rigs are on Linux Sad . And its very big husslle to spent a lot of time fine tunning each card for perfect voltage and OC settings.. Just card seems more stable and it's able to gain more hash for lower W

4. Also extra params are still ignored by hive os ? anything about this ?

I bought all the equipment I could find at a bargain price in 2018 taking a gamble on the future.  Hope it pays off, I think it will.

What did you buy, I'm looking and debating between 1000 series and 2000 series.  Nadia 1000 series still ok power / hash wise but in a couple years the resale value on 1000 series will be pretty low.   But 2000 series  looks better for ProgPow.  Hard to spend money on anything right now but I have .049 power so I can run and be profitable for a while.

with such cheap power it doesnt matter what would you buy . If I were you I would buy everything that is 2nd hand and cheap till I run out of money. You are just printing money with such low power costs Smiley

sounds like either motherboards doesnt support 20x series gpus or raisers do not. I would contact manufactures to be sure they work.

I would not download this miner , looks like other scam versions , also OP has only posts in russian community in some complete spam topics about life - just to get post count etc. And i am pretty sure there are algos that do not run on amd cards(have not been implemented) better stay away!

You are aware that the original SGminer contains dozens of kernels, right? That's just not enough to call it a scam.

I'm not defending NanoxX, fwiw he could very well be a scammer... but I just like to call for proof when some attacker on here says he has. So far, I haven't seen any.
Original sgminer is dated what date ? Probably spent years to develop and upgrade the miner with no doubt . And actually why should someone download a virus to test it in order to proove it is? I would expect a tirth party trusted review or at least upload evidence the miner is running - discord telegram grpups or whatever . With current topics about new miners everyone should be insta marked as scam and proven otherwise in order to protect newbies or curious people. And nowadays 100% of topics for new miners claiming huge speeds , lowest defvee and all kernels for every algo and so on are scams . I dont like your position to try to defend people with fake miners because of the reasons i posted .

Please, enlighten us. As I posted in his thread, send me proof or post it here if you think NanoX's miner is a scam.

self moderated topic , miner providing 1000000 hashing algos for AMD cards (yeah hahahha nice joke , not that there are not minable by amd cards but just look arround at the legit miners and think about what algos they got , usually algos like lyra2z and daggerhashimoto and equihash are written in different program languages (if I am not mistaken which I think i'm not) so this guy is some world top guru who charge only 0.5 % fee for his miracle work to provide the best AMD miner in world and he deletes every post that the miner is scam/malware or wvr ) I think you should get the point ? ...

I want to try my luck too Smiley good luck to everyone and happy holidays .
Edit.: My bad I think i didnt really read full option B Smiley . I started mining at july 2017 and got bunch of mixed cards as gtx 10xx series - basically 1063,1070,1070ti,1080,1080ti. I bought some of them few months ago when btc was still arround 6k ^^ but got them somewhat cheap. (Will post further later)

if bitmain decides to quit crypto game , btc is deffinitelly going to zero . I am not talking only because they will dump xxxx btc or xxxx bitcoin cash or whatever shit coin u want to name. I am citting that one of the biggest players around is going out , which basically would mean only 1 thing - no more money to win in crypto for them.

what settings you have there?  but 6900kH/s is low

I see if my CPU  i7 7700 is use like 20-30% (for example  let the Suqa Wallet to do some cpu mining) I get 8000kH/s
If your electricity rate is low you can go with bad kh/w
In my case, if I was using your setting I would make 1.76$ with 10 cards (i have 24) but with my setting i make 2.47$ once electricty is paid with a rate of 0.1525$/kwh

At a rate of 10c/kwh with my settings I would still make more.

The break even point is between 0.07 and 0.08c/kwh

My settings are 0.6375v +400 core -600 memory with nvinspector

How come these cards dont crash ? I mean basically i’ve never seen a card go beyond 250 cc with low voltage point. What is your power draw (in nvidiainspector) per card ? Also what is current clock shown ?

Just install teamviewer or liteserver/viewer and control the rigs remotely . This is the only reasonable way to use one mouse keyboard and monitor. Otherwise use hiveos or something like awesome miner so you dont need physical access at all

thanks for adding X22i algorithm. Only problem is intensity greater than 23 causes crash.

Depends on the GPU and i guess on the overclocks. MSI and Gigabyte 1080Ti's perfectly working with 24 and giving 13,15 MH/s (25 will crash).
Even with 13,5 what is the reason to mine SUQA? It is less than 1$ per day per gtx 1080 ti.
https://www.coincalculators.io/coin.aspx?crypto=suqa-mining-calculator

Victor, with 250 merit I really tought you are a Dr. but this comment cleared all...
what if I tell you after 6 months to recalculate was is worth to mine daily 96 SuQa coin with 1 1080ti.

do you really see in future ? And why make general conclusion because raven skyrocket and made hyper huge success overall. Why do you think any coin that promotes ASIC + FPGA resistance is going to be top 100 or even better coinmarket cap coin ? Did you read SUQA whitepaper ? I dont see as much value as rvn actually , depending on DEVS this coin could easily get to the bottom at some point.

Also if at the moment you mine 96 SQUA with 1 1080 ti , but instead you mine RVN and sell it instantly every 24hours and buy 150 SQUA and hold it . WHich one is more profitable buddy ? ^^

what's the purpose of Profit Net hash/day ? This field seems waaaaay off . It's basically either showing same amount as profit diff/day or 0 $ . Can you explain a bit further about this- what's the exact difference between profit diff./day and profit net hash/day ?
