Ignorance is bliss... considering this is speculation forum someone seems to have have weak heart apparently (probably not hand tho).

If one counts together all the news from last year, 400k is in the ballpark of various seized funds, that is ending up in the market in one or other way.

What kind of bull shit is this OP?
Back up your claims with a solid source or evidence or don’t post shit.

Welcome to my ignore list btw.

So, just a general estimate, how low will this suppress price? Done slowly, maybe not that big problem?

This resembles closely how sentiment changer farms work for some governments - the orchestrated account swarms, that push specific agendas and drown opposing opinions by post volume. Interestingly subtle details can somewhat confirm the connection beyond addresses.

Why would this be scary? There is already futures and shorting - way more BTC available to suppress price than Satoshis stack...

Futures trading has given bears a powerful tool. Notable is, that the fall from ATH peak started on the same day bitcoin futures trade started on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).

Interesting short doc considering appearance of BTC future market:

One would argue against as there should be relatively inelastic supply of the coins but altcoins fill this role quite well already.

In connection to supply elasticity see this old thread:
