About  80% of the so called vendors offering pp transfers are rippers , but   there's look above and hot milk on Empire on the DW and they are legit. Hot milk even has room forum where is sell transfers. But they don't sell Cash app venmo or chime transfers that's why I'm on this forum trying to find people who do them.

I didn't get the chime transfer I got a zelle transfer and I sent him $50.00 in btc to see if he would scam me and he sent me $70.00 to my zelle about 10 minutes later. Right on man I will get a hold of you tomorrow to do more business. Thanks again.
 

I have been getting PayPal transfers for about 8 months now it's starting to become a pain in the butt with all the chargebacks and having to buy the tracking to cover the chargebacks it has become more tedious and time consuming than I want to put into it so for the past month now I veered off into trying to have these accounts loaded by these people who say they can do it but all they've done is talk if there really is somebody out there who can load any of these accounts let me know I'll give you 60% and we can use the escrow here on the Forum.
