Hi!
While reading your WhitePaper I was wondering if your project needed a government's approving?
I mean your blockchain should be accepted by governments and appropriate laws should be introduced.
How do you plan to empower your blockchain to possess a legal force?
Because the philosophy of blockchain is to have a decentralized ecosystem, we don't need a government approval. Having said that, we have an opinion letter from a leading IP lawyer, stating that the NKOR technology, being precise and accurate with the multi-layer index hashing, can actually be verified and used as proof in a court of law. We don't have a test case, but we do have this opinion stating that our technology can be implemented outside the blockchain. We are now in active negotiations and had agreements and memorandums of understandings with IP agencies outside the blockchain, that will use our platform as another layer of verification to their IP.
So, the simple answer is that we do not need an approval, but a government can use our platform because it is very accurate as a proof of IP.
